For those of you interested, I am substantially invested here in relation to my portfolio, am trying to remain free of bias (not easy) and protect my investment (main point here) - but I see a clear pattern emerging where this share is steadily being driven down (not remotely a technical expert) - if you're thinking to top up - please study the candles - I can see this going down before it goes up again - 3/4 days down/2days up/3/4 days further down/2 days up ... Please be cautious. In a fair world where people had decency and a sense of honour there would be no need to write like this - however, we live in 'interesting times' unfortunately.

FWIW - I am so proud that Dr Robert Trice and crew have the vision, courage and fortitude to forge ahead with the development of these fields. As a 90% Scot raised in SE England by parents who admired engineering and ingenuity I feel a natural affinity to this project. What being invested in this share has brought home to me, however, is the all too 'omnipotent' power of hedge funds, for example those same funds that backed 'leave' and then place a bet on the damage to the UK economy as a result and those hedge funds who have derailed the value of hard work, effort, experience and ingenuity and good faith by ever pursing the bottom line for whomever it is they think they serve - their fellow man? I only wish.

Sorry, realise I should have referenced that more clearly - that tweet was as per yuyu's post from a tweet by a user called 'Amnesiac' - presumably an investor and not from Hurricane Energy themselves - but still - encouraging!

#HUR looking for long-term supply vessel to start in December. FPSO Aoka Mizu now north of Tunisia coast, ~12-13 days from Rotterdam. After final works, Rotterdam to Lancaster ~3 days.

As many ppl on several boards (II, Advfn etc) have raised the same questions, I looked for answers myself and found some interesting information on the Simply Wall Street website.

It may be, given the recent bumps in the market, that we are in for a temporary ride downwards. If I had any extra cash now I'd wait till it reaches bottom ... wherever that is going to be and buy more to bring down my average. My personal view is the fundamentals remain unchanged and for this reason I’m going to tune out the ‘market noise’ and hold, my personal feeling is volatility will stabilize once production is proven over a certain time period and only then are we going to see the SP reflect the true value.

Thanks for the signpost, I can see on page 6 of the Q3 2018 report they mention EPS Lancaster/AM 'targeted' by end of Q3 - but I get the general feeling from this and the HUR/Spirit Farm in presentation above it that broadly speaking that August 2017 schedule remain as is for the EPS development phase at least. Appreciate a more experienced interpretation though.

As someone with a modest amount invested have been reading this thread, II and advfn's since January this year and grateful for the information posted. In light of the when will she question, it does seem that Hurricane's own schedule dated August 2017 indicates latest sailaway could be end of Q4, I mean hope not, but kind of gives me some respite on that front at least.
