So NEX are not so much the little brother of AIM but actually aiming to become direct competition. That's interesting. Another motivation for asking was cost driven, i.e. the advantage over buying through one exchange over another but had no idea where to start figuring that out. For me no stamp duty is a good reason for staying with AIM. Though can see that on NEX, as you say, the costs seem negligible and exposure is obviously of benefit.
