All is going well here, clearly there's some profit taking here which is the frustrating bit at this juncture. However, in my view, the SP will settle and establish a rise at some point in the near future. The real impetus and shift to a new level in SP is going to come from proven data by the end of this year, latest Q2 next year. In the meantime the market plays on ... Time to hold tight and reread the business case - all good.

‘Warwick Deep’ 205/26b-C Well Spud

Hurricane Energy plc, the UK based oil and gas company focused on hydrocarbon resources in naturally fractured basement reservoirs, announces that the 205/26b-C well (“Warwick Deep”) was spudded at 18:48 hrs on 16 April 2019 using the Transocean Leader rig.

Warwick Deep is the first in a three-well programme on Hurricane’s Lincoln and Warwick assets - the Greater Warwick Area (“GWA”). Hurricane has a 50% interest in the GWA following Spirit Energy’s farm-in to the P1368 South and P2294 licences in September 2018.

Quite right, I was lazily bundling FOIL and commissioning neatly together in one convenient bundle. Apologies for the sloppy terminology.

Dr Trice was quoted as saying FOIL could be within 20-22 days which I think is the basis of confusion for many, including myself until recently. I understand this was taken somewhat out of context, the latest presentation posted by Missdosh, available on Hurricane's website tells you all you need to know.

For me Miti 1000 on Advfn has summed it up:

"It shocks me that you have posters here going on about FOIL anytime. Its clear from what Trice has said that commissioning takes time and there's a lot of testing of individual wells. FOIL won't be announced till at least mid - late May at the earliest."

I would go so far as at the outside 19th June.
