No they won't need to update, why would they be worried about a panic sell if they are confident on signing the deal, the board would know there would be a full recovery and more almost instantly, so a large but very short term drop in the share price is of no consequence to them.

My original post probably came off as aloof, but the above is exactly what I meant. If a couple of grand is a lot of money to you, then I'd say stay away from the aim markets, get some sort of low risk tracker or similar.

That said its your money so do as you like, I was just taken aback a little by this being a high risk share and 1.5m being considered anything but fairly trivial. The two don't marry up in my mind.

I do tend to agree with that last comment, there are a hell of a lot of short termers investing / trading nowadays, so I don't end to think will have been put off by that 4 year timeframe, that said if they are pulling on 10m a year from UK education in 4 years, they'll be doing fantastic and will likely be reflected in the market cap. But that's a long way away.

There will be no movement on that front for a number of month so apart from trading this until April I don't see a huge pull to let me money sit here.

I think it's valid, the board previously said by this time we would be cashflow positive but they have not confirmed this by an RNA, to me, any sort of interim results clarifying this would be a great boost, it worries me why they would make this initial statement and not then confirm it once they have achieved what they originally stated.

Added more, not sure why you think I would be, it's a good trading opportunity up grant you and if any of my others come through with their promises I might just buy and hold for a month or so.

When I did last hold we were about a 100% (ish) higher than we are now, if I want back in there will be many opportunities over the next 4 years by the sounds of it.
