RE: Am I expecting too much18 Dec 2021 10:48
Hi V
I think that we are going a little over the top as regards this whole issue, on which there may or may not have been any impact to our customers (we carry large finished goods), I do not think it is particularly easy for any client to just jump ships, as there are years of planning and testing to be done before a product can come to the market, so I would agree with the other posters that the manufactures may look to increase their safety stocks (not only with us but all their suppliers, will the "just in time" model be kicked into touch?) , but also look to ITX to put plans in place to mitigate any further disruptions, (contractor issue in reality, insurance covered) remember what we had was one (hopefully ) very small issue, which may have proved to be insignificant to our clients, think that many of them may have had bigger issues with their other supply chains, seeing this on many other boards I follow. We are only one ingredient in a vast array of other ingredients that go to make the final product, and this is heavily protected with our IP, no other green product that I am aware of that can compete, so guess we should not be complacent, but , strive to ensure nothing like that happens again. Lessons to be learned (hate that analogy)
Information is essential to all of us heavily invested investors who believe this ITX have a huge future and ITX need to step up to the plate.
Not trying to be confrontational, but just expressing my views.
All other views gratefully received.
