Just for general comment/thoughts

With the AGM just over a week away and the SP hovering where it is at the moment (in a tight band), can we see the consolidation happening on the 1st of July or is it more likely that they will wait till we move a bit further up away from the 4p threshold that has been set, say until we get the anticipated uplift from the Trading Update?

or will we see news before then which will have a positive impact on the SP?

As we are just kind of drifting at the moment with nothing to create any positive impetus.

Have just picked out one of their products, but there appears to be many that have ITX ingredients within the formulation.

Is it not the case that most companies in recent times have moved away from the just in time supply of goods to holding a larger inventory of goods/ingredients too negate such issues?

Guess that is why we are producing a large amount of ingredients to be held in out storage facility in Belgium to meet our European customer needs( cut out potential bottlenecks)?

Sure that we will find out in the coming weeks how we are placed in the grand scheme of things.

Will there be news out this week on the back of the UK trip? Further interest/contracts, before the AGM.

Still penciling in 27th July for Trading Update, I would guess that anything above $2.2 mill for the first six months would be where we need to be eh?

Shares getting tight again

They have got a considerable amount of skin in the company, and therefore have a vested interest in the success of ITX.

I too have a good feeling about how things are going as we move forward, let's hope it all comes to fruition.

Sure that they are not just over here on a jolly and that they are looking to tie up some more European deals, lets see if we get some news in the coming weeks, sometimes it is like busses, maybe a RNS out this Wednesday?

Lots to look forward to over the next few months anyway.

In the explanatory notes there is this statement.

"If approved by shareholders, the Consolidation will be effected at 6.00 p.m. on such date as the Directors may determine, provided that at the date of the Consolidation the closing mid-market price of the Existing Ordinary Shares is not less than £0.04. This Resolution is an ordinary resolution and will give the Directors discretion as to when to put the Consolidation into effect so as to manage any risk from unfavourable market conditions after the Consolidation becomes effective that could create weak trading dynamics and a decline in share price. The power to effect the Consolidation granted by the Resolution will expire if it has not been exercised on or before 30 June 2023."

Is the 4p just to give them control of the price that this happens at?

Would this consolidation of shares make us a more favourable option for Green ETF's given the increase in SP?

How quickly after the 1st of July AGM would this be implemented, given that it passes?

Just for info, had a look back at previous RNS's

There was no indication of revenues 2021 (first three month) in last years results as these were posted in Mar 21, there was a TU in June 21 which gave revenues to that point, so there is no anomaly with regards to this years finals (no forward looking statement), just that they were held back as advised earlier in the year, does this mean that we may get a Trading Update next week? Just that todays RNS is obviously based on last years performance?

Totally but the realism you are commenting on is backward looking and should not have come as a shock to anyone who follows this stock closely.

Total knee jerk reaction as always on an AIM stock, ask anyone invested in the likes of ENET etc .

Hopefully sense will prevail and this will recover through the day into the close, the presentation will have a baring on this I am sure, either way will wait till the dust settles and add again then, as I have total belief that this will develop into something special.

We knew that the numbers for 2021 were not very good or at least those who actually follow the company, so cannot really understand what all the fuss is about.

Would have liked an update even in percentage terms as to where we are for the first six month of 2022, but if my prediction is correct we will have the half year results around the 27th of July (49 days and counting), I am sure that some of the posters who have suddenly appeared here of a negative disposition will be out in force congratulating ITX on their achievements when these figures are released (not) lol.

I am expecting much better things going forward and think this is backed up by the broker note this morning.
"Itaconix plc's broker, finnCap Limited, provides equity research on the Company, and the Company considers finnCap's revenue forecast to represent market expectations of $4.7m in the year ending 31 December 2022 and $7.6m in 2023."

I wonder if these figures could be altered upwards after 2022 half year revenues are released?

Will continue to add at these levels, bargain basement prices.

Was having a quick look at the figures for the first six months of 2021 and we had "First half revenues of $1.4 million were 26% higher than the first half of 2020"

Trading update earlier this year stated we were substantially ahead of this for 2022, could we break the $2 mill for the first six months of this year?

If my memory serves me correctly we purchase the majority of our Itaconic acid from China, as we get the best price dealing directly, but am willing to be corrected on this , but there are multiple importers for Itaconic acid in the US and we can if needle purchase from these, guess there may be a price difference, but definitely no shortage of product or suppliers.

Can the following questions be addressed at the meeting please?
Confirmation that the we have a continued secure supply of Itaconic acid and there will no issues in meeting all customer requirements going forward?
There are no issues as regards production capacity (plant) to meet current orders and for all expected increases in orders going forward? What sort of capacity are we running at presently?
An update on Bio Asterix, will this become an addition to our income stream, do we have any take up by customers who are using this product or are we still in the trial/development stages?

New hygiene product in production trials, any updates on this?

Sustainable Fashion have we had any follow up on orders and are there any additional parties showing interest in this area?

Odour control product in production trials, any updates on this?

Super absorbent trials, how are these progressing, is there any feedback that can be advised on progress?

Complete new area going into production trials (under wraps at the moment), can anything be said on this or is it still under wraps?

We are engaged with at least two companies on biodegradable applications. Is there any progress in this area?

Potential for two new partners in the not to distant future, are there any updates on this available?

R & D update, how is this progressing now that John and Yvon have some free time to commit to and is there anything new in the pipeline to look forward to that can be advised?
What is the outlook for the second half of the year, are we seeing similar trends to previous years where we have a strong second half?
