Had a second look at some of the previous presentations and the following are some of the salient points that I have taken away from these, which would be good to get updates/progress reports on.
• Zero debt.
• Revenue/sales increasing
• Sticky repeat business.
• Certified Green/Eco friendly products
• Ever growing base of high profile customers.
• Development agreement with a major North American pulp and paper company
• High profile partners in Nouryon (Personal care) & Croda (Home care) and TBA (Diapers/personal hygiene products)
• Ingredients ringfenced with great IP, with additional ingredients patent pending.
• Distribution out of New Hampshire & Belgium.
• Process can double from here without any further cash injections.
• Good level of cash in hand (tight reigns on cash flow).
• New institutional investor on board 2021, they approached us.
• Additional raise for European demand $300K via IP Group, John and Laura involved
• We are reaching breakeven and likely to be moving into profit month on month.
• Competent and enthusiastic BOD, with skin in the game.
• Further development with R & D projects to follow via John and Yvon collaboration.
• Good level of diversification across products
• Increased marketing efforts with broader promotional activities moving into the second half of 2022.
Current main areas for revenue are Odour control, personal care and dishwasher tablets.
There is a large pipeline currently being undertaken on customer projects.
No issues over either raw materials or finished good as we have a good supply of both, we have just added circa 80,000Kg of Itaconic acid in the last 3 months 2022 (finished goods have a minimum 2 year shelf life)
Success breeds success and when one brand leads others need to follow so as not to be left behind.
Croda Recent renewal of supply agreement. We have a growing range of brands in odour control, fabric, underarm and a new area in pet care (Update would be good here), which is proving very lucrative, revenues here are ahead of expectations. The new agreement adds a newly formulated product to the collaboration and updates the terms and arrangements for ongoing market developments.
Nouryon increasing revenues in hairstyling and skin care, with new brands and markets, (china/Asia)
Itaconix recently advanced its position as a leading innovator in sustainable hair care with a patent application filed for new plant-based technology to maintain the natural health and shine of hair. The Company plans to develop this proprietary technology into a new ingredient for consumer and professional products that prevent or repair damaged hair.
