Short term we are targeting $25 mill with current ingredients/applications over the next period of time (probably next 1-3 years), again this is a moving target as we would expect to see an increase as the market adoption increases and our ingredients/applications diversify into new areas

We believe the initiatives increase our potential addressable market from $750 million to $2.3 billion, and that significant opportunity exists within our technology platform to further expand our addressable market.

We now appear to be on the growth curve that ITX have previously projected, if a year or so behind at the moment.

The potential here is mind blowing over the next few years, we have the ability to be the go too company as regards green eco-friendly polymer applications.

I Know I have put this out previously, but always worth a look I think.
From previous presentations and the following are some of the salient points that I have taken away from these, which would be good to get updates/progress reports on.

• Zero debt.
• Revenue/sales increasing
• Sticky repeat business.
• Certified Green/Eco friendly products
• Ever growing base of high profile customers.
• Development agreement with a major North American pulp and paper company (update due?)
• High profile partners in Nouryon (Personal care) & Croda (Home care) and TBA (Diapers/personal hygiene products).
• Croda supply agreement recently renewed
• Ingredients ringfenced with great IP, with additional ingredients patent pending.
• Distribution out of New Hampshire & Belgium.
• Process can double from here without any further cash injections.
• Good level of cash in hand (tight reigns on cash flow).
• New institutional investor on board 2021, they approached us.
• Additional raise for European demand $300K via IP Group, John and Laura involved
• We are reaching breakeven and likely to be moving into profit month on month.
• Competent and enthusiastic BOD, with skin in the game.
• Further development with R & D projects to follow via John and Yvon collaboration.
• Good level of diversification across products
• Increased marketing efforts with broader promotional activities moving into the second half of 2022.

Current main areas for revenue are Odour control, personal care and dishwasher tablets.

There is a large pipeline currently being undertaken on customer projects.

No issues over either raw materials or finished good as we have a good supply of both, we have just added circa 120,000Kg of Itaconic acid in the last 4 months 2022 (finished goods have a minimum 2 year shelf life)

Success breeds success and when one brand leads others need to follow so as not to be left behind.

Croda Recent renewal of supply agreement. We have a growing range of brands in odour control, fabric, underarm and a new area in pet care (Update would be good here), which is proving very lucrative, revenues here are ahead of expectations. The new agreement adds a newly formulated product to the collaboration and updates the terms and arrangements for ongoing market developments.

Nouryon increasing revenues in hairstyling and skin care, with new brands and markets, (china/Asia)
Itaconix recently advanced its position as a leading innovator in sustainable hair care with a patent application filed for new plant-based technology to maintain the natural health and shine of hair. The Company plans to develop this proprietary technology into a new ingredient for consumer and professional products that prevent or repair damaged hair.

Just reviewed the last presentation and profitability was quoted as 18/24 months if not sooner, I know it is nit picking but relevant.

Personally i think that we might get a RNS before the year end, especially if they want to get the consolidation done this year, although they also stated early next year is also good if criteria is not met in 2022.

Think that much has moved on since the half year update ( 120,000 KG of raw materials for a start), but as you say ITX like to keep things under the radar and on their terms.

Either way l am looking forward to the next release of news or full year trading update, whichever appears first.

Surprise, surprise, I am voting that the SP will be at least double from where we are now in the next six months, this is very subjective at the moment, but there are so many things going on in the background for this to not be the case. looking forward to the next update, guess this will drop when we least expect if ( they keep a very tight ship, never seems to be any leaked information)

As pointed out yesterday by Thordon, updated webpage with new/improved ingredients, New IP on the way, ever increasing sticky customer base, ever increasing variety of applications. As has been stated many times the potential here is huge.

One for consideration and I am sure that others have thought about this, we have just taken delivery of circa 120,000 Kg of Itaconic acid in the last four months, now historically lets say 40,000Kg gives us circa $3M in revenue, interesting though eh?

Think the DB's mantra was 20p for 2023 and I will add double and more in 2024 lol.

Think you are spot on, as this is a totally new area.

The positive thing with ITX ingredients, is that we are not creating a new market, the market already exists and we are being adopted into these markets as the preferred ecological replacement for petrochemical products.

Guess we will find out very soon, as I have said, you do not purchase 120,000KG of Itaconic acid in 4 months and not have orders lined up to fulfil.

Totally, a weak pound/Euro means that a uk/European company selling into the USA with the contracts set up in Dollars benefit on the weaker exchange rate. They get more pounds/Euros at point of exchange.

May be a moot point as you say as we do not know fully the terms of any of the contracts, but John did state in the last presentation that they were looking at exchange rate issues, they should hire a good contracts person?

If we get paid £1000 as the agreed price for something and we convert that into Dollars as we are USA based company and deal in Dollars then at a rate of 1.15 as it is around that at the moment then we get $1150 at exchange .

If we get paid the same £1000 and the exchange rate is 1.05 then we only get £1050 at point of exchange,.

Does this make sense or am I totally getting this wrong.

I was of the same opinion, but was advised on this board, cannot remember who it was, that if we are paid in Euros or Pounds on the contract then the exchange rate improving as it has been is beneficial ( more dollars gained in exchange), does not matter a hoot to us if we have agreed to be paid in Dollars on the contract as the burden then falls on the customer?

Yes totally correct, must have been in the process of writing when you posted. 120 Metric tonnes this year, 3 times as much as the previous best of 2020 where we had 40 Metric Tonnes.

We must be getting very close to hitting/surpassing that revenue curve that shows the path to profitability?

Quite surprised that there are no comments at all on this huge step forward.

circa 120,000Kg ( I say again 120 metric tonnes !!!!) of raw materials being taken delivery of in a 4 month period of time and we still have 2 months left of this year, could we have even more?

To me you do not contemplate buying in these sorts of quantities of Itaconic acid unless you have concrete orders to fill.

So looking forward to the next update, let's hope this in the form of a trading update this week.

I think that there are very good times ahead for all holders of this share.

There was this spreadsheet put in place about a year or so ago, not sure if Thordon has continued to update this with all the excellent research that he has done, but gives some sort of indication as to the huge number of products that we are involved in.

Would have thought that there will be something that will be released soon to move the SP northwards, as would think that we need to be around the 7p range before they look at implementing the consolidation, as we need to be above 4p before they would even thing about considering this?
