Probably best to check with a financial adviser, but as far as I am aware you can trade within your ISA portfolio so therefore you either have a cash sum that is sitting waiting for an opportunity to arise or you can buy and sell within this umbrella, so therefore I would suggest that this is possible, but best to check, my one is managed for me so not 100%on that one.

Just a quick on to check that I am on the right path here.

By the end of the month say we will have circa 678 million shares in circulation, most of those will be going into very sticky hands I would suggest?

Once we proceed with the consolidation say by/before the end of the first quarter that will take us down to 67.8 million shares in circulation, therefore making them even more scarce?

Is it best to top up now at these levels before the consolidation happens or is there no real gain?

Just looking for some insight/thoughts as to what is the best option.

Echo all the positive sentiments here on the BB, absolutely fantastic that we are fully funded going forward, particularly in these trying times to raise such an amount shows that there is solid belief in John and his team to deliver.

Guess it is the likes of IP Group that would be driving something like that?

Still think that we should be looking at something in the region of 10 times the current SP as a starting point?

On the current large purchases, nobody buys 875,000 and 400,000 shares without having done detailed research or having information as to future valuations? Let's see if they continue to drop.

If you look back at previous RNS's the you will find that the Finals were held back for the reason that the results were not as anticipated with the reason that it was cheaper to have them done later in the year.

I am not suggesting for one moment that these (2022 results) would released in June, my thought is that these are being prepared or have been completed and will be released in the next week or so, so as to close out the 30 day average SP period, and even possibly release a TU at the same time?

As DB has alluded to, this is their (John & Yvon) last chance as regards the bonus scheme, would you not try and maximise your return?

Time will tell, just my thought for today.

Based on what has been said about the bonus scheme, it may be the case that they will not release a TU as this being favourable as anticipated, would have a positive affect/effect on the SP reducing the number of shares applicable to them under the terms of the scheme, as the average SP would more than likely increase between the period of a TU being released and the release of the Final results, therefore it may be the case that the next RNS we see, is the release of the Final results ? No advance warning to skew the current average SP?

Hi All

Was just going over a few things and could not remember if we had come to any conclusions as regards the quantities of Itaconic acid we had taken delivery of last year.

Do we know what the ratio is as regards how much ingredients we produce from the raw materials, is it 1 to 1 or do we have a much higher ratio of ingredients produced?

Even at a base level of 120,000Kg of Itaconic acid producing 120,000 KG of ingredients say at $75 per Kilo equates to $9 mill, these are unsubstantiated figures, but give some indication of potential revenues.

Does anyone have any data on this to add some credence to the numbers?

Currently no further shipments at the moment for this year, but will advise as soon as the data becomes available.
