Best of luck to you on that, it is a call that you are obviously willing to take a risk on, been burnt too many times thinking that there was better options elsewhere only to regret it later, with the likes of MOS, AGL and ENET, etc etc

Sticking firmly with ITX as believe in its future and do not want to get caught out on the wrong side of a trade.

FOMO keeps me sitting tight here as the potential is huge, too many positives here and when this moves it tends to move quickly.

Is it just me or does this have the feeling of being orchestrated to allow someone to pick up a large quantity of shares on the cheap, just with the quantities going through and the close proximity of the timings of the sells?

Guess it is just a case of holding tight sitting on hands and waiting for the price to level out and then buy some more, would definitely like to increase my holding here, the future is bright, the future is Green.

A RNS advising of a new large contract would certainly help?

Think this is an excellent idea, the only thing being if only one investor sends this email it is easily fobbed off, ignored.

But if you were to come up with a question which encompassed all the issues that we are unclear about as to where the funds are to be used going forward and we all copy and paste this and send it to the Corporate address on the website, then it would be much more difficult to ignore?

willing to do this if someone is willing to formulate the question to suit.

Totally agree with your sentiments, think that Peter Nieuwenhuizen will prove to be an excellent addition to the team, bags of experience and contacts, and guess he might know a thing or two about which direction ITX we are going in, having dipped into his pocket for circa 800,000 shares.

Holding tight, not letting any of mine go on the cheap.

If not to add to production with additional equipment/facilities then takeover is a good call, but whatever it is, there is definitely something to be announced in due course as you say, one hell of a lot of money to have sitting around in the bank.

Peter looks a good acquisition to the team, everything coming together, great times ahead one thinks.

Change in presentation line-up with John and Peter (very enthusiastic about where ITX is going).
No plans to expand production in US or introduce a facility in Europe in the meantime, we are currently running at 15% of current capacity, plans to streamline production in US upgrade to production lines and improvements in overall ingredient production times.
Itaconic acid plant is way off in the future
Emphasise on improving gross margin with medium term target being 35%. Production improvements and price increases in ingredients to assist in reaching this.
Cash burn at a minimum, operational costs very low.
Increase in activity towards bringing SAP to commercialisation, with spend on additional equipment and resources, with 2024 revenue target.
New ingredients to be released in the coming months hair and composites.
145 brands (and counting) with sticky recurring revenues
New areas/Ingredients being assessed and actioned as we speak.
North American revenues continue to be our current strength, but Europe seen as an area where we can make large strides.

Hi All

Starting to feel the excitement building with the Investor Presentation on Wednesday.

What is the feeling of the BB as regards what the plans are going to be going forward.

Would have thought that the based on what we have imported as regards raw materials (120,000 KG) over the last 6/8 months would suggest that we are going to expand our production capacity in New Hampshire, possibly 2 new production lines at a cost of circa $1.2 million, that still leaves one hell of a lot of money in the bank?

It has been muted about a European facility or even an Asian facility, what about both? The Asian market is one that has huge potential and a facility in Central Europe would makes great sense too.

May be a bit early in the Itaconic acid production facility, but then again who knows, guess all will become much clearer on Wednesday?

Are we expecting the presentation to be the same with Laura and John or can we expect something different?

Would be nice on the back of all this to get a rerate in the SP say to 20p/200p post consolidation.

Very, very exciting times ahead, so looking forward to a prosperous journey for us all.

Can only conclude that there must be several large contracts pending, as you do not raise this amount on a whim?

P.S be wary of the MM's over the next few weeks with their swag bags.

You're welcome, cannot believe that anyone would consider selling below the placing price, but maybe needs must.

Took some this morning at a discount to the placing so surprised about that and will also take up my full allocation and maybe a few more, if available.

See the first load of shares are now showing giving us currently 536 million shares in issue

Sure there will be a few shenanigans by the MM's over the next 2/3 weeks

Interesting times ahead, the potential here is mind blowing.

Can you actually see investors selling for less than the 5.1p placing price, would they not be missing the point of investing, cannot myself see this falling below that but hovering around this value for a few weeks, before moving north.

We need some meat to be added to the bones, but sure this will happen once we get February out of the way

As far as I can see

Tomorrow is the first load of shares that the board have authority to issue, they need to pass the two resolutions as per the RNS which is the 22nd of Feb before they can release the rest, which will start trading on the 27th of Feb, so I guess that we will start to see things moving as of tomorrow?

Also with Halifax so would not worry too much about it at the moment, worst case give them a call and they will talk you through it.

I will throw my hat in and opt for Belgium, we already have a distribution facility there, very central as regards European access to all areas and also , need to verify this but Croda and Nouryon are positioned close bye, think that we are on an exciting path which will take this Aim company on to much bigger and better things.

Like all good things, time will tell, but today has given us an excellent chance of succeeding.
