Does that now mean with the increased amount of share that are in circulation that they now value ITX at circa £81million.

So therefore technically an upgrade?

Totally agree with much of what has been said this morning, not anything that we were not already aware of as regards revenues etc, just a bit more meat on the bone.

As the results pertain to last year and nothing has been released from ITX on how the first half of the year has panned out, I am not sure what will be said tomorrow that will enlighten us on this and it may not be till (as last year) a Trading Update is released, probably around the 12th of July that all will become much clearer?

Lots of good times ahead here, as ITX ingredients are the future.

Congratulations in raising the Circa £10.5 million at a minimal discount to the SP at the time, not an easy task in an environment where raising cash is becoming so much harder. Well done !!

1) Earlier this year we had two job vacancies for an Applications Chemist and a Laboratory Technician, can you advise if these are additional requirements for staffing and if these positions have been filled?

2) In a previous presentation you highlighted the headwinds surrounding the exchange rate (pound and Euro) since this has significantly improved, has that had a beneficial impact on the gross profit margin?

3) 8 months into a distribution program between Itaconix and Brenntag North America to Promote Sustainable Cleaning, how is this progressing?

Can you advise/update on the following please

Itaconix is pleased to announce that it has signed a joint development agreement with a leading innovator in biodegradable packaging (the “Partner”).

Under the agreement, the companies will collaborate to evaluate the use of Itaconix’s BIO*AsterixTM line of functional additives as key ingredients in the Partner’s range of biodegradable packaging solutions.

6) It has been noted that Chemtan has recently taken delivery of Itaconic acid for both themselves and on ITX’s behalf

ITX would appear to have a working relationship with Chemtan as regards BIO*Asterix, is it possible to advise/expand on if this is the case and if so advise/expand on progress/relationship please

Guess the question has got to be is it different this time?

Hope I am right and the pendulum has swung , as you say shares are very tight here NT yesterday for as little as 5K shares, so when this moves it moves very quickly.

Looking forward to Monday, not really interested in last year, it's the TU and this years performance that will start things moving?

Just felt that the information we have uncovered is in the public domain and would suggest that we are extremely busy. This is a way of making them aware we know, so will be interesting to hear their response. I guess that not every order placed with ITX is subject to a RNS and could be subject to client confidentiality, stealing a march on the competition. Maybe this will be demonstrated in the figures for the first 5 months of this year, if they are given, think last year they made a statement saying the revenue was substantially ahead of target (which it was $3 million first half).

Think we should be in for a very good update, the information we have is too good for it not to be?

If I am correct target is $8 million for the year, what are the odds that the target is raised again into the region where we start making a profit?

Monday will tell us if we are correct I guess.

May be a few trying to play the SP and hope to move it down a tick to try and get a better entry point, dangerous game in my opinion, so easy to get caught out here as SP can move very quickly, especially with results due out so soon.

Is there the possibility of further news dropping before the 5th ?

Think I might hold off until the Monday morning for the RNS to drop, will still give a couple of hours to submit any questions, I am thinking that there may well be a TU incorporated into this as why would they have a presentation?

Am I right in saying they cannot talk about anything that has not already been released (RNS'd) to all investors and is common knowledge?

Think that there are many questions that would be good to get answers to as regards

Chemtan (licence agreement), additional staffing (why), huge uptick in raw materials (why), is there a forward looking statement available, IP progress, SAP progress, R&D update, revenue 2023 progress etc, etc

Not really an area I am versed in, but here are my thoughts

Although John came out in the last presentation and said that he had never mentioned listing on the NASDAQ, is is not to say that this is not still a possibility, keeping his cards close to his chest as usual, guess that would open us up to a much bigger market and the potential positive impact on the SP?

Think there would be quite a few things that need to be put in place for us to reach the qualification criteria, but would assume that this would only be beneficial to current and long term holders?

There are too many things that are happening at the moment, as regards raw material uptick, new staff requirements, dual brokers, Brenntag, £10.5 million raise etc etc which leads me to believe that the future is extremely bright here, as I have said previously the next RNS is going to be very telling.

Yes each sack contains 1000Kg or 1 metric Tonne

I am looking at say 200,000Kg /200Tonnes being delivered over the last 10 month, give or take a month, so what I was trying to highlight is that there is a significant uptick in raw materials being delivered on the behalf of ITX and this is only what we can see as regards import information available, they have suggested previously in presentations that there are also suppliers within the USA which they could access raw materials

For reference we only imported 20,000 Kg year in 2021

Let's hope that this is the case, the next update will be crucial as to how the SP progresses.

On an aside, was looking at the raw material imports to ITX and it would suggest that we are currently using around 20,000Kg or 20 Metric Tonnes a month, not sure what that equates to in ingredients as we do not know what conversion ratio is, but what we are going through in a month is roughly equivalent to what we used to do in a year, now that is progress?
