Might be a very interesting week, now that the OTC appears to be up and running with circa 6.5K shares trade in the first(since consolidation kicked in) week of real trading.

Will be keeping a keen eye on this as think this will be where we see the lift in SP coming from, as there appears to be a level of apathy from this side of the pond. MM's look happy to take the sells here as they have an increasing ready made market on the OTC to sell into?

Think that the trading has only just started on the OTC, last 2 days, as could not be traded previously.

Would not have thought that there would be any real difference, the pool of shares is the shares in issue, the same shares that we have access to, maybe something to do with the currency? would there be a set value that does not alter, as over a period of time the rate can vary by large amounts? Do not think there is any jiggery pokery lol.

Maybe someone with previous experience of this type of dual trading can enlighten ?

Maybe symbolic, but it is only now that the consolidation has been completed and they can now deal within their share accounts, let's hope that this is the start of more trading on this platform from our fellow American investors.

The SP to be fair has been very stable over the last 2/3 weeks, think that the main holders left now are the ones that see the future of ITX being very bright.

Maybe a sign of things to come, possibly another director with a 1000 share purchase RSN'd tomorrow.

Bit underwhelmed by the response on here and ADVFN, as to the the directors taking some additional shares, they already have sizeable skin in the game and probably cannot win, chastised for not making bigger purchases, but would have been deemed as profiteering had the done the opposite and gone large.

I take this a a sign that all is very good going forward and now is the time to be adding?

Not that I am expecting anything, but would be nice to get a Trading Update tomorrow, now that the 3rd quarter is complete, just with this now becoming a much bigger business and there must be constant changes happening, an update every 3 months would not go amiss, along with an increased in the forecast for year end revenues.

The one thing that I am expecting is continued improvements on the GPM, as from research there is a vast increase in the number of higher profit margins goods, as in haircare and cosmetics showing on the internet.

I am sure we will hear something when they are good and ready.

Think that any major deals are usually done well in advance of these types of events and announced during the event for maximum exposure? (who knows we may have something in the pipeline?)

These events are usually a chance to see what is current, where the market is heading, putting faces to names, shaking a lot of hands and building relationships.

Should be a good place to promote the new Bio-Astrix and Super-absorbent ingredients and get contacts for those samples going out the door and into the hands of the formulators.

Think it is about being visible and seen to be a player in this arena.

Can only be a positive, there will be three of them there representing the company, so not being taken lightly?
