Think we need to move on from that transaction, it is gone now, The OTC like the AIM is a platform for both buying and selling, that is how we try and make a few pounds? Hope you are not trying to play games again?

As for the SP since the 20th, that has remained pretty flat, even with the net sells on the AIM platform, all of which the MM's appear to be very happy to scoop up and not move the SP by any significant amount, which kind of tells me all I need to know, these people do not lose money. Possibly a lot of investors keeping their powder dry once confirmation of what the rest of the year and beyond is going to bring (glass half full).

All the current indicators are pointing to a very good update, increased raw material purchases and additional staffing requirements, let's see what the half year results/Update and Presentation bring.

1) There are a number of positions being advertised at the moment, of which the Laboratory Technician, Chemical Production Operator and overnight Chemical Production Supervisor have been displayed for some months now, are these positions being actively sought to be filled or are we having difficulty in finding the right candidate?

2) As regards the Operations Director is this a new position or has Helen T Cane moved on? Just that her profile is no longer displayed on the website?

3) Itaconix was a project partner in a funded grant looking into

4) I know you have cautioned against tracking raw material shipments previously, but there is a legal obligation for these shipments to be properly monitored, controlled and logged.

Currently another 40 Metric Tonnes have been received since the last trading update.

Therefore with the statement “Cash use reflected higher finished goods inventories,” from last trading update.

Does this mean that the overall picture has changed for this year and we are very much busier than anticipated, with a sizeable reduction in the finished goods inventories? Will this also be reflected in the raising of the revenue expectations for 2024?

As regards your first question, not sure if ITX would know if it is a sell or a buy, if it was any of the directors do they not have to release a RNS within 4 days of such a transaction?

As I have stated previously the number of shares RSN'd to the directors tally's up with the information given in the investors section of the website, so am convinced it it not an employee transaction.

Maybe someone can correct me if I am wrong, but if a holder of shares in a company passes away, then when the estate is wound up are the shares not transacted at the price on the day which this occurred, just a thought?

Have been doing a bit more digging, Helen T Cane does not appear to have any shares in ITX, as if you add up the shares for the directors (which I would have thought she would have come under?) it matches what is on the website, so think we can rule that one out.

I am still of the opinion that this was a buy?

I was looking at the exchange rate as well.

There have been a few strange things happening as regards trades lately, could this not have been an order placed to fill at $1.80 and has take this long to complete?

The other thing is that if Helen Cane has move on has she sold out her holding?

The thing is for that amount of shares circa 2.5 million in old money there has been no shift in the SP?

Where as a handful of shares traded here moves the SP all over the place?

Do not think that outside directors there would be many in the US holding that amount of shares?

The signals are very good increasing GPM, further raw material shipments , increasing staffing requirements etc etc

Interesting times ahead, approx 3 weeks till presentation

This financial position is allowing the Company to target higher revenue growth and invest in new product development. The Company is seeing many exciting opportunities to develop new ingredients and increase revenues, positioning itself to better capture the commercial value of its performance ingredients.
