In a previous presentation , where I brought up the question on Itaconic acid imports and the link to Chemtan who are a leather chemical manufacturing company, John advised that we have a working relationship with them and that due to the shortage of storage for raw materials at ITX, they use Chemtan's larger facilities as an offsite storage, as they are something like 15/20 kilometres away and to save double handling the raw materials are delivered directly to save double handling. Guess that they are more than likely one of the three partners in the leather applications ( mentioned by John in the last presentation)

I do agree that ITX need to be a lot more forthcoming on the customer contract/gains information.

We do not need to know who (we can probably research this anyway) or the value of the contract if this is ultra sensitive, but a nod to the raising of the forecast revenue for the year (RNS) would at least give us an indication that things are moving forward at a pace.

All I am doing is highlighting that we are purchasing very significant quantities of raw materials, now John is a very cautious guy and will not be buying these on a whim, granted we need to maintain good levels of finished goods, but these levels must be being maintained for a reason, not to just sit in a warehouse, my guess is that we have gained a number of larger accounts in both the USA and Europe (maybe even Asia?) where the customer has dictated that there is ample ready available supply of their ingredients accessible for call off, which is good for ITX as shows the customer must be large enough to merit this commitment from ITX ?

"In addition to improving gross profit margins, the Company is diversifying its revenue base with new accounts and growth from existing accounts. Initial orders were received in the first six months for a new dish detergent application in Europe, a new sustainable leather account, and a new application in mineral processing. As previously disclosed, revenues and volume growth from these new accounts are expected to occur predominantly in H2 2024 and beyond."

Remember 320 Metric Tonnes is one hell of amount of Raw materials, more than double our previous highest, what does that equate to in revenue for finished ingredients @ circa 36/38% GPM?

Monday will see the end of the third quarter and ITX will know what the have invoiced for so far and will have a very good idea of what they will invoice for for the rest of this year, so maybe in the next week or so we just might get a very pleasant RNS, fingers crossed.

Hi all

I have been having a think about the presentation and there is a section on the Investor meet site to give further feedback.

What do we want/need from the presentation? Some of my thoughts below, can we add to this and put something forward as a plausible suggestion?

Do away with the company introduction, bit same, same? All this is available on the website, the presentation needs to match the professionalism shown there.

Presentation to take place 2 days after half/full year results, with questions to be submitted 24 hours prior to presentation giving plenty of time to review and compile a full considered answer?

Presentation to give highlights and lowlights of the period under review

A list of KPI’s to be given?

Production raw materials v Ingredients manufactured

Contracts won/lost

Approximate value of contracts won against potential future

R&D update on progress made

Website enquiries Total received number won/lost

Aspirations going forward, with clear path as to how this is going to be achieved

Staffing levels, in/out requirements

I am sure that there are many more than can be added, remembering that maybe not all can be implemented due to commercial confidences.

If we do not at least make them aware, then they will just churn out the same old unpolished performance?

Well, I think the drop in Share Price says it all.

We have just released an all singing all dancing website, think that we now need to look very seriously at the presentation and have this totally revamped too.

It has been said on many occasions that neither Jon nor Laura look very comfortable doing this, not everyone can pull off what is required here, maybe the new Marketing Director/Operations Director may be an option, but whatever road we go down this needs to improve, as any positives that were there to be passed on were totally lost today, not enough preparation done on pre-submitted questions for a start, no indication as to approximate values being ascribed to newly won contracts would be of benefit, Superabsorbents being touted as just around the corner a few months ago, but really where are we with this, is the lesser application not suitable for other products, eg cat litter (huge market)

We appear to be very busy, large quantities of raw material being purchased, production running 24 hours most of the time to give stockpiles of finished goods in both USA and Europe.

Will have to listen to it all again, as like many kind of switched off, just feel a bit frustrated about today, as there is a golden opportunity sitting here to be made the most of, to the benefit of all of us.

This explains why there are a number of positions being advertised, never thought of retirement, In the main replacement positions being advertised, so very little if any addition to the wage bill, I would have thought?

Helen Cane retired as Vice President, Operations in April 2024. Her management duties were distributed across internal promotions and restructuring of responsibilities. Her experience and knowledge from a long and productive career managing large chemical operations contributed greatly to the advancement of the Company's operations over her three years at Itaconix.

William McClure retired as Communications Director in early September 2024. He significantly advanced awareness of the Company and Itaconix products through his social media marketing efforts and the development and launch of the Company's new website. The Company will add new and expanded staffing that will continue to grow the marketing capabilities that he initiated.

All very positive, promoting the new website which will become a major initiative going forward. John Really looking forward to a big second half to the year, looking forward to the presentation.

Guess that there was not much being said on the first two month of the second half as this RNS was a backward look at the first half and was as we kind of knew already, hopefully we will get a Trading update in October to demonstrate the advance made in the second half revenue.

1) There are a number of positions being advertised at the moment, of which the Laboratory Technician (now filled?), Chemical Production Operator and overnight Chemical Production Supervisor have been displayed for some months now, are these positions being actively sought to be filled or are we having difficulty in finding the right candidate?

2) As regards the Operations Director is this a new position or has Helen T Cane moved on? Just that her profile is no longer displayed on the website?

3) Congratulations on the of the new website, looks really professional, matching the aspirations of the company, with this in mind there appears to be no mention of any of the Superabsorbent or Leather applications, can you comment on this please?

4) I know you have cautioned against tracking raw material shipments previously, but there is a legal obligation for these shipments to be properly monitored, controlled and logged.

Currently there appears that another 60 Metric Tonnes have been received since the last trading update.

With the statement “Cash use reflected higher finished goods inventories,” from last trading update.

Does this mean that the overall picture has changed for this year and we are very much busier than anticipated, with a sizeable reduction in the finished goods inventories? Will this also be reflected in the raising of the revenue expectations for 2024?

5) Is it possible that we can have an Investor relations dedicated person and email address going forward, it is just that it would clear up the some of the repeated non-commercially sensitive issues at that point or the input recieved could form part of your presentations/Trading updates?

6) What will come first, expansion of the US facility or a brand new facility in Europe, as we continue to grow the business and move into profitability?
