Block 15 is in the far noryh of Angola as far from Namibia as it is possible to get without going into Congo !
I think you wiill find Exxon's recent discovey is in Block 15 Angola - NOT Nambia. Pehaps an honest mistake on your part ?
From Pierre Raillard Head of Gas Business and Morocco Country Director at Chariot Limited on Linkedin
The signing of the Memorandum Of Understanding with UM6P - Mohammed VI Polytechnic University and Oort Energy on our collaboration of green hydrogen pilot projects in Morocco is an incredible step in consolidating Chariot Limited in Morocco and a testimony to our commitment to the Kingdom.
The partnership will initially run proof of concept project and evaluate together the feasibility of the implementation of large scale hydrogen and ammonia production.
We are also continuing the efforts and collaboration with all stakeholders in Morocco and internationally for the implementation of our natural gas development project (Anchois) as part of our overall ambition to play a significant role in the energy transition in Africa and improvement of the energy security of Morocco.
I am extraordinarily proud to be associated with this work. #energytransition #africa #greenhydrogen #naturalgas #morocco
Even with the enormous gas price volatility CHAR is still a great bet.
I took advantage of the recent low and topped up again. Crazily overweight in this stock now but expecting to reduce on next positive RNS. Maybe by Xmas but certainly I believe within this tax year.
"they must be the most likely Farm In partner in Morocco and if you were the Head of TotalEnergies wouldn’t you be seriously considering a bid for CHAR?"
iMHO - no and No ! This is just noise for TE.
My money is still on SQZ or GENL, but would consideder CNE/NewMed also.

"to my untrained mind" ......and therein lies the problem.
I don't mean this personally but many on this board, including you, don't understand the basics of drilling and overthink the problems reported on Southwark. Losses while drilling are not uncommon and might be expected in the Bunter SST.
The fact nothing more has been said reassures me they are driliing ahead as planned.
I loaded up again earlier in the week.

"It's also plausible that Perenco would be very interested in Tower's Cameroon block if Njom-3 comes up Trumps. Perenco are the main oil and gas producers in the Rio Del Rey basin where Njom-3 is located and have recently acquired all of New Age assets, offshore Cameroon and so a buyout for a commercial Njom-3 by Perenco could be highly likely."
I think will find Perenco relinquished that block a few years back.
what a lof of twaddle "seems market is pricing in a total failure of IOG and to be expected with the continued silence from them! Shocking!"
Suggest you sell up and move on.
Shame CEO and others who had questions could not be there to pose them directly. I wish I could have been there but commited to a customer today.
But then again I don't have ANY questions that i think I could reasobaly ask them to answer. Some thing must remain confidential.
I for one am happy with my investment. I can't afford to increase but I will trade the swings... bought some more at 18.35 last week on T20.
" I would expect movement. based on history, chariot is not good at keeping a tight ship. at the moment"
CEO - that is very much OLD Chariot. If you look back at recent price movements/annoucements i don't think that holds true any longer.
