Didn't Boohoo vote for the accounts which contained info on share awards? Also, the reference in Boos RNS about it being hidden in 5 sentences. Not exactly hidden when its printed for all to see!

Glad I don't hold BOO share with that behaviour. Double standards and hypocritical!

Just some comments to the Revb / THG ties. Revb use THG Ingenuity for US operations/fulfilment. I believe cutting ties with THG relates to Ingenuity.

If I were any customer, supplier or had any dealings with Boo, I would be watching very carefully as to the ways they go about conducting business, shocking behaviour and the RNS today is quite frankly a joke.

Don't forget Jeremy worked at L'Oreal for 12 years and led the sale of The Body Shop. I'm sure he has many contacts if selling shareholding is on the cards

I can't see the suspension being lifted at present (hope I'm wrong), whilst Boohoo are sticking with this course of action. Lifting the suspension will give Boohoo the opportunity to buy more shares therefore more voting power. Which sort of goes against what the board need to fend them off. It would obviously be good for for us shareholders in being able to access our money and it pushing the share price up, but wouldn't help the current board. Depends what is going on behind closed doors.

Oculus- I believe it was Derek Zissman who recruited Bob, I think he made reference to this in the FY22 report. They were also on the Board at Sureserve together.

Or any investor too for that matter, look how their actions have affected many institutional and private investors. They surely could not get back involved with REVB under Boohoo. Any sane investor/bank etc. would run as far away as possible!

Revenge or not, their reputations are tarnished to the point that no bank would touch them if they were to be involved with any business again! Bob's reputation however is proven.

I'm struggling to see how REVB could issue shares in a private placing without offering to existing shareholders first or without shareholders voting on issuing new shares. I'm not sure on the rules on this, so would be happy for any comments, but would be good if Bob has this as a defensive option.
