Ezhik the RNS stated:
Direct measurements of WR-38Z's productivity will be available when the Company's planned well test is complete: Block will provide further guidance on the Well's test results over the coming weeks.
....When the Company's planned well test is complete!.... So testing is under way (Nomad approval)
With WR16az TD reported 20th March, update 1st April, flow results 17th April.
Given the sentiment and how critical this test is, its unlikely to follow the same time scales of 29 days from TD to flow results.
Unless its a perfect humdinger!
If WR30 produces Gas and Oil its pipe line distance is around 5Km from WR38.
WR30 location poses a problem for monitisation it has a rail branch line with 3km from the well and a metaled side road which is about 12 Kms from the main highway to the North East. In the short term Gas flare and close the lower UC gas production and then produce much less Gas with Oil production from the ME play, while the pipeline though the field is completed.
If I keep this up Block will be hunting for the design leaker, much as UJO and RBD are hunting theirs to BMD. LOL.
Testing can be in several phases:
1. Inital flow test 2-10 days but not curtailed by a siongle 16,000 Ltr portable tank as 16az,
Notice the existing large silver oil storage tank in the background.
2. Gas and oil flow test into suitable liquids - test storage 10 - 30 days Oil and water separation to enable water cut percentages over different chokes sizes
3. EWT with full separation capability - hidden gas flare, Oil and water separation to enable water cut percentages over different chokes sizes.
Given the water sentiment, and progress on the Bago contract who must have known the initial WR38 gas flow from other sources, I would suggest option 2 with 10 to 15 days before first results are published, the longer it takes, I feel the better it is.
It it was a duster that news would have been out within days of opening the choke fully, and b@gger all coming out.
Hopefully we have Gas and some oil the well will go into EWT with a flare licence, while Block gains permission to install a 3Km HP Medium diameter pipeline from WR38 zone to WR16 zone. If WR produces gas its pipe line is around 5Km from WR38.
I think its GOGs ZJ40 which is on lease to Block which has drilled WR16aZ, has just finished WR38z and is moving to WR30 to rig up.
DYOR Holding here, strong buy with Block. Looking forward to changing to buy with FRR.
Perhaps he, like me feels that crossing swords with Troll bashers is a waste of good effort when you can do it on a share which is trading, rather than a share which is private and trying to survive the attentions of a crook and his asset stripping company.
I notice some more news has appeared which other are using for their own negative enjoyment.
The real question is how much of the PSA the GG government recovers from liquidating of the Georgian company, if it is 4% or less then MP calcs are preaty close to the mark.
DYOR: Either filthy rich, or flithy poor, but with CGT losses to offset.
I was just thinking that spud date as you posted, and I pressed go on my last post.
Given the the rig is or has moved to WR30 and should have started assembly, I think we might see some twitter activity after WR38 inital test results have hit the market and the share price does its thing.
Build up of WR38 was really quick, but then waited for an age. With me posting about a critical item, that critical item I think now was the flow meter to set the position of the water packers I mentioned in earlier posts.
Spud at the end of November (earlist) Mid Dec more likely given that the rig started to move after 31st October from a media comment.
No Terrier54: The deep Gas drill is to gain better under standing of the geology of the Upp Cretaceous in that section of the field.
WR30 was a Lower Eocene drill to 2327M to produce Gas and water. The deep Gas drill is to go down to the top part of the Upper Cretaceous at around 4000M following the vertical 80 degree fault and finish up with Horizontal section above the Gas water contact point. But the real money drill is the reverse up the stem to drill the untouched Middle Eocene section replacating WR38. Block already have drill logs for the well, as well as 2D and have Wirelogged it using the A50, with the work over rig now at WR03, now that the rig is being mobilisated to WR30.
Because the Planning Inspectors findings have to be approved by the Sectetary of State before issue.
Because we have a General Election under way with Parliament disolved as of yesterday, there isnt a Sectretary of State other than can a caretaker administration.
5.4 How can a decision be challenged?
5.4.1The High Court is the only authority that can formally identify a legal error in an Inspector’s or Secretary of State’s decision and require that decision to be re-determined. Applications to challenge planning appeal and related costs decisions must be received by the Administrative Court within 42 days (6 weeks) from the date of the decision. For further information please see Annexe L
JetJock Anything which add Oil production more than our break even level is a win, to hit the well project's target is a win, win, and produce more gas than WR16az is flaring as well, would be the icing on the cake.
Given the issues over test and results over WR16aZ Block may test for a longer period.
Bill I agree with your time scales but with the exception of the following GOG side track close to Norio and Satks fields, either in XIn or XIc or the GOG connector between to two blocks.
Dependent on the time taken to drill the dual wells of WR30 and WR03, a gap in drilling might be available between finishing the WR03 ME lateral and starting the N60 side track in Norio and its $800K estimate side track in the CPR. Ready to release the drill for its GOG 60 day period in September.

· In addition, Block has committed to pay GOG up to US$100,000 (at bought-in cost) to hire a high resolution flow meter to aid in the identification of natural fractures during drilling operations. The commitment is conditional on identifying a supplier offering a suitable device at a reasonable price before 1 January 2020.
· GOG has an option to call back the ZJ40 rig from six months after the Commencement Date, by giving at least three months' notice to the Company, in order to drill one well in one of its own licence areas. The drilling of this well is currently scheduled for September 2020 and estimated to take approximately 60 days.
I added the flowmeter section because that meter required by the 1st Jan may be in position already to identify where the water packers would be needed to be placed in the WR38 string to isolate vertical faults areas.
WR16aZ according to the last Ops update was producing 58 BoO plus water and an increased gas flow, which is being flared. The mixed oil and water is being shipped and stored in the GOJ 90,000 B storage tanks which has water separation and an Oil metering station to load onto rail tankers.
Oil shipped from the GOJ site will be sold as part of the GOJ oil auction tender which completed during October. WR38z Oil and fluids during test will go to the same site for processing. Gas will be flared during the WR38z EWT period.
GEORGIAN OIL AND GAS CORPORATION JSC (hereinafter “Corporation”) is announcing an Auction for sale of up to 12 000( twelve thousand) tons of Crude Oil, out of which estimated amount of Georgian Light type oil is up to 9,000 ( nine thousand) tons
3.1. 1.Georgian Light type oil will be delivered as follows:
184.108.40.206. under EXW (INCOTERMS 2010) terms, on the oil-gathering facility located on the territory of the Primary Oil Treatment Unit of JSC "Georgian Oil and Gas Corporation" in village Sartichala, Gardabani region (stationary object registration number 1120057) (to be loaded in oil tank cars supplied by the Buyer).
WR16aZ has a flare licence to the end of December, dependent on Bago progress in connecting to the WR Storage site/Gas metering station, and the HP pipeline from WR16aZ to the storage site, will depend on Block asking for a short extension to that flare agreement.
I don’t think WR16aZ will be touched until after the current Block drill campaign and GOGs own BK XI(x) side track has completed at the turn into H2 2020.
The AIM market needs to see confirmed flow results of both Gas and OIL.
Then a CPR which reflects those results.
To get those results the EWT needs to start, forecast by the Join venture as this Quarter, 7 full weeks left.
I shouldnt worry BWM about other peoples profit or losses, my average for UJO is .1492 with a healthy stake and in profit.
You didn't comment on the Private Company/minority PLC control issue of the asset, or on Reabolds prospectus.
I also notice the favoured bleat of a Pumper/Basher having gained an adverse responce that BB/Socal Media site have no bearing on share sentiment, but you would say that wouldnt you.
Quote: “You” (Austin) and James have both resorted to personal attacks on “myself” today in an effort to make me, ‘shut up’. This is totally unacceptable.
Comment: It would seem to me that your view this BB as a personal vehicle to manage UJO sentiment in the direction you wish it to travel, to your personal benefit, it is this manipulation attitude which is unacceptable. As you are entitled within the moderation rules of the LSE site to continue this campaign, which you have undertaken many times since the JV came into being.
I am also entitled to my opinion and point out your objectives and respond to your posting attacks on anybody daring to disagree with you. The points still remain:
UJO is a minority stake holder, a 16.665% economic interest in West Newton, located within the PEDL 183 licence in Humberside, onshore UK.
Humber Oil and Gas Ltd is a minority stake holder, a 16.665% economic interest in West Newton, located within the PEDL 183 licence in Humberside, onshore UK.
Rathlin Energy (UK) Ltd is a majority stake holder, a 6.67% economic interest in West Newton, located within the PEDL 183 licence in Humberside, onshore UK.
Both Humber and Rathlin remain private companies
Reabold prior to the placing holds a 24% economic interest in West Newton, located within the PEDL 183 licence in Humberside, onshore UK, via its 36% holding in Rathlin Energy (UK) Ltd.
Both Humber and Rathlin remain private companies, with Reabold remaining an arm’s length investment company. Reabold do not yet have a controlling interest in Rathlin Energy (UK) Ltd, the operator of the license.
What happens after the proposed equity swap remains to be seen.
Within the Community notes was an interesting section on the future non production uses of the WN A site B well.
Identifying two or more appraisal targets they could side track and directional drill, any thought anybody?
