Why do people keep saying warrants and imagine some form of selling before or of them is going to happen.??
The only time someone sells is generally before exercising because they want to take some risk off table and swap for lower shares, or they need the cash to pay for them. In this case they can wait until the new year before exercising so why sell now as they have plenty of news that they could sell into if they couldn't afford the warrants.....and wait for the news to derisk.
Half are MB and co warrants will be exercised and probably sticky holders.

Anyone complaining about x, y or z... It is generally because you are disappointed in your OWN expectations of delivery and timescales on a mining project. MOUs signed 18 months ago mean nothing... Until ML was agreed they were dormant, however before they can be signed off you need to define your end product via the plant final design, so you need FEED pt 2 complete do you know what the plant will output in TGC and flakes. You couldn't start this until you knew ML was given the nod as it might have been wasted money.... And err they didn't have the money until HNWI added and that was done just when it was nodded ML was in the pipeline. So, recalibrate your expectation with reality!
As for promotion, whilst disappointed myself I understand that he doesn't want to pump time and money into massaging your delicate natures and see the bullets wasted UNTIL the nuicy news starts.... THEN it is going to be like buses! Real end game type news that can be screamed about fir a perfect storm into build.
A lot of armchair CEOs think they can just ring up some Chinese companies and sign them up to 20k tonnes/yr of graphite for 5 years and fill an online banking loan in to build it.... Get some perspective on the job at hand.

They will have to be converted befor ehte mine is fully built or they will be lost so that money will come at some point. I meant you could sell shares to fund your conversion but wait on the conversion until you have a better picture of the offtakes/finance rather than blindly convert them when youhave time on your side and no risk to conversion when you see a better project progression, but you need the money in advance to buy them. I don't think you will see conversions wholesale until the news starts to fall as htey can be converted at leisure up to the time limit and you won't be paying any more despite good news and valuation increases.

Selling to buy them is not he same thing as cashing them in. You hold the money until the next news is on paper and confidence your return is guaranteed.

I go for B, C and D.....A can be mitigated by EV market as all markets were in doldrums....due to covid, plus just being covid no one is signing deals, you have a MOU yu can't go further without ML and further testing etc. I don't think further testing was progressed until ML was secure because MB perhaps wanted confirmation of ML before commiting to additonal spend. It also required the HNWIs fund raise to pay for the next progressive steps.

If Feed Pt2 result slow coming from Xinhai offtakes will not be signed. Then negotiations on build and possibly offtake with them first before offering to the others as better deal to be struck with Xinhai so first dibs.
maybe he has agreement but not put pen to paper to make seller work for their money.
Not sure but might have been a second CIRSO test needed that would be needed finished for any battery suitable offtake.

Lesson on sells vs buys...

There are NO sells or buys as signalled by the Stock Exhange.
There is retail and MM. Every retail sell has been bought by a MM. Every retail buy is a sell by a MM.
The Stock exchange only records and anounces a 'transaction - price and volume'. A site like LSE gets the transaction feed it compares the transaction to the mid point of the L2 spread and if the transaction falls below the mid point it gets tagged a sell and if above tagged a buy.
Now if the spread is 4.4 - 4.7 (wide) and the mid point is 4.55 that is the figure used.....if MMs are offering retail 4.41p to sell and 4.51p to buy both falll below mid point and so if a transaction (retail buy) occurs at 4.51p LSE will call it a sell.
If you are uncertain during the day do a small dummy buy and sell and get a feel for the real buy and sell price offered by MMs.
If looking back and you see 4.41...4.41...4.405...4.49....4.40... I can assure you the 4.49p was a buy.

Quite the opposite, without them people wouldn't be getting a great deal! JP Morgan, city financial and R Griffiths, all big sell events in HZM provided opportunities for many to get cheaper shares in volume. Every company has warrants pretty much, just when there is a concentrated fwd sell do they rear theur ugly head. Every warrant is x amount nit needing raised through equity and dilution. They can only be fwd sold once, pain now so less pain later.

Write to the company, stop whinging at us...

And the SP did go up.... Traders left, stale bulls left. Market has had jitters so some selling on that, but we know there has been a large shareholder at least that the market has been told has to stump up AUD$700k to finance somewhere else that ACP has helped provide....During lower volume times this has a negative effect on the SP, but they have to leave sometime and each shares sold is one less to sell later on.
Expectation will only ever let you down. You think it is a long time, in mining development time it is different. You want and expect an offtake.... But ACP must wait for the FEED pt 2 to finish, get recommendations from Xinhai, costs and a possible deal to build with an integrated offtake.... Then finalise offtakes of the balance with several competing world wide international companies....

Dummy buy 4.95p
Dummy sell 4.825p
Anything above 4.9p to 5p will be a BUY (despite showing as red and a sell) as sells are low 4.8s.

Please read what I tell you....
a dummy buy this morning was less than 5p and a sell was 4.925p.... Both prices are 'below' 'mid price' of the 'spread' (L2 prices 4.9 and 5.2 at the time).
London Stock Exchange provides no buy or sell signal just a price. LSE looks at the price and compares it to mid price, if it is above it gets flagged as a buy and if below flagged as a sell. Now if the spread was more realistic like 4.9-5 then those first 2 'sells' would have been classed as buys because mid point would have been 4.95....

Dummy buy sell small amount like 1000 shares through the day and you can get a feel for the actually offered buy and sell prices. Then ypu can see past the mis reporting when spreads in L2 are wide.
