Ahhh, it went from scoping straight to Feasibility study, no PRE. What you are looking at is a full feasibility. As long as the depth, detail and level of study is X it is usable for investment /build decision.

The minute that RNS was written the world can change and it did. Covid, loss in EV sales and expectation if BKT to push on did not materialise.

You believe this goes ahead or not. That RNS is as postive as seen in a while in the Moroccans involved and support towards the project etc. Would it changes your mind from a believer to non believer, mist likely not. Those sat on the sidelines or never seen the story before, would they buy ir look to buy seeing that as a stand alone RNS quite possibly, they'd see it as postive. Certainly lost a few traders first thing, that's their thing. There was some pumping going on about timings of result but this is obviously longer than that prediction but perhaps not too far away now.
Morocco needs a source of potash itself never mind the money it can make in taxes etc as a seller. It needs industry and industry needs water. They just need to do it as water safely as possible or people might ask questions why all big companies are tapping into their drinking water. Waste water seems ideal for all.
