The absolute last thing the company needs is to sell more of its silver. They need to reduce costs and do something to help shareholders, and that is get the farmout across the line, company sale or complete change of company direction.

They are clever aren't they, no wonder we pay them so much.

With regard to an extension, that is just delaying the relinquishment unless they already have an agreement in principal. Surely they have now shown the data to everyone who was interested. Better off getting the money back out of Antler, which of course will prove to be a nightmare, unless they had the foresight to say we can walk with our 49% cash whenever we want. However the BOD haven't shown any ability to think ahead.

At least Will Holland is being consistent with the previous CEO's and taking lots of cash out of the company, while the share price dwindles.

He actually said nothing and farm out still in progress is the same as since late last year.

A sale of wrestle will just allow the directors time to keep the paycheck coming in instead of saying something drastic needs to happen. It's like landed gentry continually selling land to keep up their lifestyle until eventually realizing they have lost everything. Bo needs to grasp the poison needle, accept there will be pain and pull the weed out to allow something else to grow .

OMG, so looks like no farm out or wouldn't be applying for an extension. That strikes me of more money needing to be paid to the authorities. This of course would come from Antler, unless that has all gone on salaries as EOG has a track record with paying high salaries. Still it is not good news.

Serif, the worst CEO and Chairman were Simon Oddie, who truly ruined the Company and Brian O'C, who allowed the salaries and bonuses to be paid which bore no relationship to share price performance, we are now living with those very, very poor decisions. The current management seem to have no idea how to reverse the decline.

You have been saying news is imminent for almost 2 months. If news were imminent, I guarantee you would see the share price rise because the leaky ship is in the City and the brokers will be buying long before we get to hear about it.

I know everyone thinks I am just negative but I am only reacting to the share price and the total lack of any plan to get us out of this quagmire we have been in for years. We need to bombard WH and Bo with emails saying we are not happy and what is their plan, doing nothing will get us nowhere.

I am not sure why the truth disengages people on this share. I would certainly rather have an honest view than a ' buy this share, everything is great and we are just minutes away from hitting the big time'. I think that the more honesty about the company the better; if we can all come together as a very disappointed group of shareholders, the BOD may just start to listen and try to turn things around or do something different so we don't lose all our money on an ever dwindling share price. However, if we just sit around and wait for something positive to happen, the past does not bode well for that to happen, the likely hood is that the BOD will do nothing because they are paid very well at present. They need to fear that their jobs on on the line if they are going to start working for the shareholders.

If I only had a small amount, I wouldnt care but I have been fighting for the shareholders ever since there has been a disconnect between shareholder value delivery and BOD salaries.

I only post the truth and if that is perceived as negative, then it is because the shareholders are being treated with total disregard and instead of the BODs working for us they are in fact only working to keep their excessive pay.

Someone needs to because this can't continue. The BOD need to understand that shareholders are fed up.

Ireland farmout has been ready for 10 years with a tweek on the seismic a couple of years ago.

EG has been farmout ready since late last year, according to WH it was going to be farmed out by 1st qtr this year.

I will be more than happy to be proved wrong but I have to say I am very sceptical about anyone saying news is imminent.
