A lot of shares have been sold over the last 2 days. It would be nice to hear from WH about when to expect the farmout to be confirmed , he must have some idea how long the Chinese usually take. He did promise the well this year so announce that there are purchasing long lead items, at least. We need an update.

I thought that was a really informative and encouraging interview. Paul seems to understand the geology and that is the crucial part of a junior miner. I know he says it is difficult but so far they have proven their geological model and to hear they have only just touched the area with the drill bit where there is lots of mineralisation is music to any investors ears. This company seems a really good bet.

I know this is exploration and I know that they don't have unlimited funds but this looks like the kind of results that would entice a bigger player to take a chunk and prove up a world class tin deposit.

Canada is booming in the mining sector. I see this as really positive. Rome have managed to secure a cheap early entrance in North America to mine defensive minerals which will give further news flow what is not to like.

It is really good to see the share price holding up. If we get another good RNS before the issue of new shares than maybe we wont see much of a drop as people will want to hang on to them for the drill which WH says should be this year. Fingers crossed for everyone we see all see a good exit price, maybe after a successful well result.

The offer was multiple times oversubscribed and I can confirm that no platform (ie. broker or nominee) received a full allocation of shares applied for. Every one was scaled back, with the basis for doing so thoroughly discussed amongst Europa’s Board and with Winterflood who guided the process.

Now, GreyPather you say you asked yesterday morning to get 2mm shares in the WRAP but that placing closed 3:30 Tuesday so you should not have been able to do that. Hmmm, very intriguing

No, can't be 1st come, 1st serve. It was an accelerated book build and went to institutional investors first, then shareholders and should not have been offered to any shareholder on a preferential basis. Shareholders were offered the placing on Tuesday and had to apply by 3:30pm. Everyone should have been treated equally. I have asked for clarification from EOG

Well that is interesting. If you got all the shares you asked for in the placing then your broker obtained an advantage that no one else has, particularly when many people were not able to even participate. I think this deserves further explanation from Killik &Co and the BOD of EOG. Now you could have bought off market shares but at 1.2p?

I think it is wrong for certain brokerage firms to not partake in the WRAP offering. This is because in reality they own the shares and can do what they like with them, of course they aren't going to anything accept what you ask but still if they don't want to spend the fees or time with a placing, they wont. You should look for another broker. it really is terrible that all LTH have not been able to participate.

Hang in there and hopefully we will all see a continue rise in the share price which will go someway to alleviate the annoyance. The good thing is that the price is going up now, there will be wobbles because there is a huge chunk of shares in the market now but up to the spud we should see a rise. Fingers crossed we get to >3p

Just wanted to thank everyone who voted agai nst the disapplication of pre-emption rights. I am sure the only reason we had the opportunity to participate was that collectively we stood up for our rights. Nothing to do with the magnanimous behaviour of the BOD, who still haven't reigned in G and A costs, hence the increase in cash required above the drill

First, I need some hope and luck with these shares! Yes, the institutional investors want to see a profit and will accept as low as 10% but I heard the instional placing was 50% oversubscribed and the spread is such that t hey will need to wait unti l the price increases hence my feeling the price for buying wont drift much

HL says allocation will be posted midday to day. Not so sure price will drift as most institutional and retail investors will hold until closer to spud which is supposed to be this year.

Then they need to get on with maximising the MC. At present they are in danger of share price drift.

They earn very good money and shouldn't need rewarding to do their job. Afterall, the shareholders own the company and we aren't seeing any profit from our shareholding (apart from a few lucky people who bought at an all time low which happened to be during WH's tenure)

I do not absolutely love this, down 10%!!! I think the company's PR better start earning its money because clearly there has been a very muted reaction to the FO news

Well I would say they are definitely getting drawn out. He has made more on his bonus than I would guess 90% of the shareholders have seen in the relatively small rise in share price since he has been CEO.
