Sharehead, capita revenue is growing below inflation.. as u stated in the past, its has inflation indexation in the contract so if capita was performing how it should, the growth should have been around 6% like most blue chip companies. So if at 2% then some contracts must be below growth to be at 2% on average. So in my view, it isn't growing, inflation indexation is what has given u the 2%. Imho

Cost of cyber security has from what i understand priced in upgrading capita security system, admin cost etc. It excludes ICO fine if forthcoming. Also, capita has always believed claims by client for compensation isn't going to be successful. So they wouldn't account for something in cybercost figure if they believe it didn't have any merit in the claims. If these claims are successful, that cyber cost should I believe increase imho

A tight FCF plus wage Increases in April, taking account of below aswell. Wheres the cash going to come from imho

Not many company can say they're seeing rapid organic growth as much as Harl. A market cap of around £21m, in an industry where shipbuilding is seeing huge amount of interest across the globe. We're seeing defence division taking the attention, now cruise with new ferry service of Isle of scilly. There's further 3 other division where new contract could come in that many haven't spoken off...the book at some point will probably flip, once it does, profitability will jump very quickly. Imho

Just like some posters stated AI will help reduce headcount at capita. Why would Council need ALL the staff ? Would only need FEW, wouldn't be too hard, infact councils can cut staff themselves in other areas and relocate them within different division within the Council. Imho sharehead pointed out how it would help capita, but ignore how it could help capita clients and how it could lead to loss of clients because of AI imho

Many spoke of AI, capita experience division suppose to be the division that should be growing quicker than public division. Now AI is the new thing, why would potential client need to outsource when they can use AI in-house as technology gets more advanced. This could mean, revenue becoming stagnant or potentially decline. Since capita provides admin and paper like services, it would be lot cheaper in house but physical service that serco provides, it's not as easy to replace imho
