Out of all my stock portfolio SolGold is the most exciting and has the most potential Although I've made quite a bit of money on some FTSE 100 companies this year too.

SolGold I've been invested in for a few years now and it's the one I hold most dearly.

I take your points Tesla, I wouldn't say they are struggling, it says they are in discussions negotiations of a significant sum. That will be agreed soon I'm sure. The partner / financing company are already there interested so let's wait and see.

Tesla you must have shorted this. There is nothing negative in the RNS. It's not a BS RNS at all. It's a nod to us to say negotiations are going well for a HUGE SUM OF FUNDING. A significant package is being discussed/finalised.

It might not have what you want to read or hear but it's certainly not a bad RNS.

Just as much as there are rampers there are De-Rampers too. I can spot them a mile off.

Come on Tesla let's get behind the company now, nothing negative in the RNS! If anything it's brill. It's not a loan to keep the lights on lol. Never seen a de ramping like it. It's not true.

Like you say MM's will be desperate for shares. They are going to have to lift the price up quite a lot to get any of mine. This is just getting started ! I see a nice solid rise this week and next as we get closer to the news of funding / buyout/ JV etc

Interesting and exciting days and weeks ahead of us. SolGold will pull through for us. Franco might well be our partner outright and that's fine. Fair play I say. We will have the backing. Whoever it is then I'm happy to proceed. 80-100 years of cascabel mining billions of copper, gold and silver will wet the appetite of many majors don't you worry about that.

As it stated in the RNS, a SIGNIFICANT package is being negotiated. They must be close to agreeing terms imo.

Who else thinks this is going to spike up massively in the coming days and weeks ahead? I don't know where we will be at but back upto 20p could be achieved and if takeover bids come in then Bob is your uncle... :)

Financing Update

SolGold (LSE & TSX: SOLG) is pleased to report that Management's discussions for a significant potential funding package ("Financing") for the Cascabel Project ("Cascabel" or the "Project") are progressing.

As an interim measure, Franco-Nevada Corporation ("Franco-Nevada") provided a US$10 million loan facility ("Loan Facility") to the Company. The Financing and Loan Facility were previously referenced in the Company's news release issued on May 14, 2024 (https://polaris.brighterir.com/public/solgold/news/rns/story/w34v5jx). The Loan Facility was provided to support SolGold's ongoing operations as discussions regarding the longer-term Financing advance. Franco-Nevada is a valuable partner in the Project and is very supportive of these developments. The $10M Loan Facility provided by Franco-Nevada is subject to a 12% per annum interest rate and matures on 19 July 2024.

The above to me reads...... discussions aren't 100% agreed YET but PROGRESSING very very well and the finance package WILL BE SIGNIFICANT!

If that's not enough of a nod I don't know what is. Discussions MUST BE ADVANCED TO BE TALKING OF SIGNIFICANT INVESTMENT!!!

I'm very level headed but YOU HAVE Forgotten SOLGOLD ARE SAT ON AND OWN ONE OF THE BIGGEST COPPER SND GOLD MINES IN THE WORLD AND IN AGREEMENT WITH THE ECUADORIAN GOVERNMENT TO BUILD, EXPORT AND SELL 30 YEARS WORTH OF THE STUFF (THE MINE WILL HAVE UPTO 50 PLUS YEARS IN OPERATION)

If you are not buying in at these prices then I think your mad. But that's my opinion. As another poster put yesterday I think the last time funding news was announced the share price went up 100%

Imagine when this mine goes into production! Your too short sighted. You need to see the bigger picture and what could be coming.

SOLGOLD about to talk about our assets at a massive event full of investors on the 27th June, if there's nothing good to share why would Caldwell bother!? Remember the £10million loan? Can you not see that's buying someone time? Nobody loans 10 million quid for nothing. There's something big happening in the background.

Excited for today, this week and what's to come. Good time to be invested here. Few hurdles to cross but I think something such as big news imminent. Something happening behind the scenes.
