Kibo was an AIM start up ten plus years ago, and has been funded to-date. The reason they are under valued is because they have not yet managed to get anything over the line (many never do) and have naturally declined, not helped by missing timeline etc etc. The interest in Kibo is immense and as projects come to fruition you would expect their value to increase significantly Imho

It’s a long time since I’ve seen the amount of negativity put into a stock prior to an event. Spread betters will undoubtedly be gritting their teeth if still holding shorts.
