I bought in today and can’t really see the bear case here. Huge and growing cash pile which itself covers a decent % of the MCAP. Plus the massive growth which shows absolutely no signs of slowing. Seems pretty clear a decent dividend will be announced with results. The Jan23rd update isn’t priced in at all either is it. All looks good to me but would like to hear the downside?

And yet you continue to hold, apparently. How odd!

I sold mine today around 19p for a quick 10% profit in 2 weeks, just felt a bit too much of a quick charge having been offered 14.69p Friday morning. If there’s no RNS tomoz I reckon it’ll drop back to under 18p and I might buy back in. If an RNS does come and it’s a deal then it’ll presumably do the same again. I’m not sure a Directors buy RNS would be that positive as it suggests nothing material is about to land.

I know you don’t like to address any questions posed of you but could you clarify why you didn’t sell when the SP was >30p, given you value the share at 4p?

Or, were you infact LYING when you claimed to be a LTH?

The figures aren’t available. We’ve had this dance already you accepted the same. It’s a speculative punt in that regard. I was once in RENE and so I’m aware of the risks in this kind of play.

We won’t meet in real life so I don’t need to worry about your height any more than I need to worry about you implying a shorting liar!

You’ve basically lost a debate because beyond abstract incessant ramping there’s no financial projections you can quote. It’s fine, it’s a high risk / reward stock but let’s be honest about that. The company themselves say they need to convince the market and the scientists but you keep insisting everyone is already on board and we have no cash concerns. It’s pretty funny but unfortunately when someone as stupid as you is the poster boy of the bulls case it reflects badly.

Of course they’ll know where they expect the £6m revenue to come from. And how much is forecast beyond that for 2025 to hit break even. If you’re not interested, even after a trading update only 3 months ago that reported missing last years revenue forecast then fair enough. Pretty sure the grown ups will be.

So we agree the revenue is only forecast. I’m asking how much of that FORECAST is based on contracts we’ve already won such as ElsaI and how much is on contracts they expect to win. Also be good to know the split between product and services. None of this information is anywhere as far as I know, but happy

to be corrected. And if I am corrected I’ll hopefully show more humility than you who claimed we’ve got a cash runway till H2 2025 when infact the company haven’t said that.

When you say facts, what financial facts are they?

The FORECAST cash runway is infact until Q2 2025. What I’m querying is what levels of revenue is that runway based upon.

Theyve said “Revenue recognised for 2024 expected to treble compared to 2023” so what is the breakdown of this revenue? And what has been budgeted for 2025 to get to break even etc? And bearing in mind the 2023 revenue was well under forecast we need to be mindful of automatically assuming this significant growth will occur.

They’ve said there’s no need for an immediate raise. I’ve very much doubt they’ll leave it to Q1, but just guessing the SP will be 2.5 times what it is now and that’s what the placing would be at is pretty naive. Or rampy.

I’m invested here and very hopefully we can make it a commercial success but there’s a lot of vagueness about where the income is coming from and when, along with what’s needed / expected to get to break even by then. Eg in that based on the expected £6m revenue this year and how much next year and where is this coming from?

As you say, these things take time. They said the deal with the Japanese company took around a year to get over the line.

The market will want deals to know the seemingly exceptionally valuable tech can be commercialised.

Personally I think it’s just a matter of time, we’re just open to risk in the meantime

Why does it matter - you’ve said you disregard everything apart from cash in the bank? Therefore according to YOUR LOGIC whether it’s £6 or revenue or the forecast trebling to £6m, it makes literally no difference to the investment case.

Slightly disappointing results to still not be net cash. Can’t quite work out where all the cash is going.

Well agree with Tornadotony (and Publican) who made the same observation. We might think it’s worth x, y or z but it’s the old adage that’s it’s real value is what someone is prepared to pay for it. If nobody else wants to bid higher we have our price. We may all thinks it too cheap but we’re hardly an impartial bunch are we!

And yes I think a No vote would result in a short term drop in the SP (not necessarily to under 12.6) based on the fact the current Board all think it’s only worth 13.50p and the CEOs position would be untenable. And let’s face it there was never any serious ongoing recruitment behind the scenes so we’d be rudderless for a while.

I do agree we’d currently be higher than 13.50p of the offer hasn’t come in which is one of the reasons it’s so frustrating but we are where we are - not where we think we should be.

I take the point but I think he wants ultimate control, not shares to buy and sell. Obviously he was free to buy at the depressed Odey levels but didn’t buy a single share then either. Different rules and mindsets at their levels imo, second guessing their moves pretty difficult as he’s simultaneously buying the lot whilst the rest of the board (apparently) think it’s a good sell price.

Going to be a very exciting few weeks with 2 sets of drill results and a quarter 4 update to come. I suspect the latter will show us the level of duplicity of Eric.

That would depend on whether the extra they bought gave voting rights. If not, then they might not want to get stuck with aload of shares in the event of a No vote, given their own logic for making the bid in the first place.

The SP hitting the offer price does not guarantee a No vote because just like me you don’t know the motive and intentions of holders. People might buy at 13.65 on the basis worst case they get their money back and best case a higher offer comes in. Free bet to the upside isn’t it.

Happy to leave it there tho and agree to disagree about whether the SP gives any guarantees to the outcome of a vote. Good luck to us both mate :)

I’m not really debating the merits of voting yes / no, I was trying to understand who these people are who would currently vote Yes, but you assert would almost definitely vote No if the SP hit 13.50 without any other bid. I think that’s wrong but I suppose we’re all speculating and certainly all on the same side. As an aside I’m there is a No vote and no other prior bids Id personally expect the SP to initially drop in reaction to a No vote as there would be an element of disarray.

Let’s hope for those rival bids.
