I suppose someone has to if Seis and Fulmers contention that we’re not allowed to RNS drill results is correct - despite NVS saying they were contractually bound to give us the results and allow us to RNS them. :)

I’m not sure what you’re saying to be honest - is it worth you just saying it directly rather than being cryptic.

What I’m saying is we didn’t get any update about the results of the drilling via an RNS and I’m querying why, because it’s apparently written into the contract that we will get such updates via AA to ensure we met our disclosure obligations

@fulmar There’s no RNS about the results of the drill. So I’d say that’s ARCMs stance.

Thanks, I’ll re listen to that. Either way nothing was considered worthy of an RNS and the promised newsflow from Zambia simply didn’t happen. What did happen was a raise in March, a few weeks after meeting AA to plan the years programme. Part of the reasoning was in case AA walked away.

We’ve since had a vague update about the plan for this year, which doesn’t have any dates and to my ears doesn’t match the description given in the October call. If you’d have said then that 8months later all that was drilled was the 1 1k hole that no results have been given from, I think you’d be disappointed. Unless you were well underwater and unwilling to be objective.

I’m only here as a sentiment trade, hence wanting to be confident they’ll be getting stuck in Zambia this year. Obviously zero timeframes were given in the RNS at the start of the month.

I’m a genuinely interested investor who can’t find the results of the Zambian drilling. It makes me nervous about whether that was true and / or whether the results weee underwhelming and suppressed. If you or anyone else could direct me to the results I’d be very grateful.

WH Ireland, the house broker who told us drilling had started in Zambia last October but don’t seem bothered by any mention of results. A similar position appears to have been taken by the message board bulls!

Well fwiw I certainly don’t subscribe to your theory that the mods are somehow complicit in the fact some of us make wrong investment decisions.

I agree with the underlying tone of your post. But within that interview he outlined it was written into the contract that we had to be updated as per our regulatory disclose obligations. He’s also on the board of the JV so how can he be so far removed from the facts. I should have listened to that interview (and subsequent ones) prior to investing because they scream red flags to me. We have no idea the scope of the drilling in Botswana, and literally no clue what’s

going on in Zambia.

Good news on the AA deal ending though - we all like certainty so hopefully a nice bounce back today. However, this is now a very short - medium venture for me as something whiffs here.

I disagree takenorisk, as untouched upon yday I don’t think being wrong about something makes someone a liar.

By all means question the company if you wish, I certainly benefit from reading a bearish view. But you’re just hounding people and being a bit provocative. When you say all is it rosy what is it you’re getting at, eg do you think AA might walk away? Or that we don’t drill Botswana?

Yeah most messageboards are echo chambers of people talking their own book and this one is no different.

I don’t necessarily agree being wrong is the same as lying, the placing perhaps a good example of that, ie I imagine people were just wrong rather than lying.

Im very confident at these levels but I can’t get away from the timeframe of bragging about no raise in January, meeting with AA in Feb, then doing a raise in March, later adding they needed to mitigate us from the risk of the partner walking away. That, combined with the vagueness around the Zambian plan makes me think the February meeting didn’t go that well. But whatever has gone on we’ve now got cash in the bank and at least some drilling updates to come.

As I mentioned earlier I do have some concerns about how committed AA are towards drilling this year. And definitely have some concerns on the management - classic AIM self serving behaviour and I’m still unsure why they needed £4m given the buy back amounted to only 10% of that. But either way we’re now well funded…just need to get drilling now.

I keep asking why you’d be a seller at 1.80p, despite previously thinking it was a good buy at 3.20p when you bought. I appreciate you’ve sold out but I’m genuinely interested what has changed your view to that extent?

I quoted what you said about being a seller at 1.80p so I expected more class than just repeating your false claims that you didn’t say it. Nobody is suggesting you actually sold because you’ve been clear your posting here several times a week despite having no position , rather it was a theoretical question / answer.

I agree the lack of progress in Zambia is a bit of a worry. They were very bullish in January about meeting AA in February and then a large drill programme. Inatead they then pivoted to a raise in March and a rather underwhelming update in May that didn’t commit to a timeframe and didn’t sound like a large programme. AA certainly don’t seem in a rush, but I suppose they aren’t bothered about what the market would like to see. Even that May update didn’t name AA because they hadn’t squared it off with them in time. Botswana IP results should come soon, possibly this week, then confirmation of drilling in June. But it’s Zambia we all want to see moving…

Shall we stick to the investment case at these levels. Do you think there is one, because obviously you yourself bought in much higher than these levels. Can I ask what you saw then that you don’t see now?

I think the question is designed to tease whether you see any investment case here at say 1.60, 1.90 etc etc.

Having previously been invested you obviously see an upside somewhere, or certainly did.

Appreciate the transparency. Obviously you were attracted to the company at some point so is there a price at which you’d be tempted to buy back in, or do you think it’ll go lower still? If so, how come?

I’m in at 1.78 so feel pretty confident from here given we’ve now got funding and are set to start drilling. The Swedes have given a great opportunity imo.
