No signs of flaring at either site. But they have been covered in snow for the last 2 weeks so not surprised.

Looks like the snow has started to clear now. Still some where it has drifted or doesn't get the sun but starting to go now.

Can see 16-2 well pad again now.
Hopefully roads are more useable now for heavier equipment . Still cold as getting to -6. But warmer during the day with 8s or 9s.

Seems wrong to me… the Dominion pipeline will be going to Green River.
Looks like this could be the Questar pipeline again that is nowhere near Zephyr’s acreage….

There are other ways to fund drilling than placings. Especially if you have gas flowing to customers from existing drilled holes… or indeed contingent resources…

Quicker than the TP 3-4 weeks at least then. They could be running production testing soon after that and comparing results with state 16.

From memory, so bear with….. the dominion pipeline is a new pipeline that will run to Green River.
There is the existing Northwest (?) pipeline that they have a application in to connect state 16 to via existing gathering lines.
Other existing gathering lines go to the gas processing plan and then to the same pipeline (I think). However the processing plant and these pipelines need recommissioning. Hence why they have the other pipeline application in.
It’s not a straightforward situation but there are plans in place to take it forward.

Unfortunately no signs of any activity at MOU1 yet.
I would have expected that they ‘booked in’ the testing team for after completion of drilling and rig demobilisation at MOU2 with maybe a weeks headroom. As they are going to go to MOU1 first now I would expect them to use the time the same just the other way around. Plus they will want the team in country for testing MOU2.
So if I were to guess I’d say late this coming week or the week after for the test team to move in. Hopefully PG let’s some timelines out of the bag for this in the presentation.

The only other company that (at present) regularly uses the star valley in country rig 101 is SDX. They do plan to drill in 2023 but have not revealed their plans yet. As such there is no rush to move the rig anywhere otherwise it’ll just be going back in storage.

Re: Kirkwood permits

I've had a look through and they have several approved permits but these are quite old.
I have however found a couple that are currently shut in or temporarily abandoned that were previously drilled in 2014 and have produced on off over the years. Which seems to tie in with the RNS. It could be one of these and I expect they will just tie an additional permit to the existing application.

By under control I mean that they have burnt off the gasses that were causing the high pressure and been able to stop the flow in a controlled manner. They could still be flaring though but flares are usually quite visible on satellite.

Just for clarification I have not seen flaring at Powerline road plant and confirm that thee has not been any.

The 'desert' is currently frozen by the looks of it with snow for the last week or so. I wouldn't expect much movement.

It would be nice to finally get that presentation to tell investors what is happening. Last one was cancelled and lots happened since. CH never responded to me about it when I emailed last.

I never found a Kirkwood well permit. But admit I haven't looked for a while...

A week since state 36 news. And another 2 to 3 weeks before we know an outcome according to the TP note.
I have not yet seen any signs of flaring on the satellite so maybe they have that under control (or I can not see the flare...)

Weather in Utah has been horrible highs of only a few degrees and lows of -10C. Not the conditions to be working in or trying to get heavy machinery or loads of oil in and out. Not surprised at the slight delay in al this.

We know they have performed some testing at state 16-2 but not whether the schedule is complete. It could run for several months though and weather could be impacting this also.

I thought I'd do a check on the dilution with the new shares for paradox purchase. I got 2.5% dilution for 25% more of paradox which doesn't seem a bad deal. However also have 25% more costs, but should pay back well.

As it is an InvestorMeet presentation they will post it up after the event along with the Q&As so you can watch at your leisure

The good thing here is it’s not a new problem (in that other drills have encountered it) so can be overcome. The only downside was it was completely unexpected so there was no contingency planning. But then that’s exploration for you.

88e got a tool stuck and damaged the well bore. They were lucky to get it back out. All because someone didn’t top up the generator….

Different story here. Will have a clearer view next week after the presentation.

Can’t remember the name of the mud they were using for high pressure but sure it was fairly aqueous. Not suitable for clays and sands.
