Ezhik understands. And yes water pipes are going to be another major issue across the acreage but I didn't want to raise that and confuse matters further.
I'll answer the first two as you seem content on being wrong. Apologies for the long answers but it is part of the understanding.
1st did we or did we not buy the gas pipeline
NO. And Yes. When Zephyr first acquired the original acreage this was an area that has already been produced from by others using conventional methods. Zephyr want to use horizontals and fracking similar to the Williston and open up the region further. There are reasons that this hasn't been done yet but Zephyr is proving up a concept. On that acreage there are already the drill pads, water disposal wells and yes gas gathering pipelines. The clue is in the word 'gathering'. These gather wet gas from the wells and transport it to processing plant. So Zephyr already had gas gathering pipelines and the further acquisition extended this to include yet more along with other well pads and pre drilled wells. Such as the Federal 28-11 which is being tested. So onto the next question.
2nd do we or don't we need 14 to 21 miles of NEW pipeline to connect to dominion ..
No. Zephyr as part of the acquisition to purchase the extended acreage purchased extra existing infrastructure at the same time as the gas processing plant. Which coincidentally happened to be called the Greentown Dew Point Control Plant.
So from the 14th September 2022 RNS that you kindly provided the link for:
"Under the Agreement, Zephyr will acquire 21 miles of natural gas gathering lines"
&
"The assets being acquired under the Agreement include:
o 21 miles of six-inch gas gathering line, with an estimated replacement cost value of US$8.8 million, which will substantially reduce the capital and costs required to export the Company's gas production from the WSU. The acquired gathering lines tie directly into the Plant."
So the clue again is 'gathering' pipelines.
There is not, has not and never will be a requirement for Zephyr to build New export pipeline to get gas to market. And to clarify, they may need to recertify, refurb and possibly replace small sections of the existing gathering pipelines to get gas from the wells to the processing plant. We do not know at this stage though.
