It is dawning on me as an investor just how small quadrise is in this industry. They have a very small following and events such as this generate little or no activity. On a weekly basis there is more energy input from the posts to this board than actual business development activity. Until there is a real paying customer ie Job1 investor frustration will prevail.

hi all, i attended a presentation of the msar/biomsar cost comparison tool. i was expecting to get a killer reason to keep my tiny investment, useful though it appeared to any company assessing alternative fuel models the presentation did not provide thar wow yes moment. i think this was partly due to the young team (linda sørensen & alfie pea****) presenting who although did a great job were totally bereft of any sales technique. the partner (vincent (sustainable ships)) who jointly developed the tool was a little more spiky.

i wanted to see multiple examples of the cost savings possible but we got one... a missed opportunity i feel, but they were presenting features of tool and not the sales advantage.

Hi All, I was genuinely interested - what level of EU ETS compliance charge would 1t of MSAR/BIO-MSAR attract?

Surely, this is the simple maths that determines if QED investment is worthwhile?

To what extent would consumers of MSAR be protected from EU-ETS compliance costs? That is the question. If by using MSAR a shipping company can avoid $319 m/t that would mean a 50% discount on HFSO - even I as a rookie could sell that!...

I suspect it is is not as straightforward as 50% discount proposition, there must be some EU-ETS cost attached to MSAR use... anybody here?

At the end of the announcement it points out the 55% would be targeted by 2030! what incentive does that provide shipping companies over next 5 years? Has to be positive for QED.

Ah, OK. Initially I was thinking OIW or WIO sounds a bit like "Judean peoples front" or "People's front of Judea" but I get it... key is not using distillates in the mix, allowing oil producers to get a higher yield from a barrel.

Professor Emeka Emmanuel Oguzie is reviewing some research by a team in Nigeria investigating WiDE water in Diesel emulsions. Does this mean anybody can mix Diesel and water? What does this article mean? Has QED missed the 'proverbial' boat and differentiation of its proposition ... or does this support the direction?

This article points to a potential crunch point for *any biofuel producers in coming 2-3 years. If the 'crunch' did arrive and it becomes hard to source feedstock for *any producer, does regular MSAR have better medium term potential? Asking because the reality of weaning off mineral based diesels will take us beyond 2027....
