stay away from this dreadful business.

where to begin?

- missing $2m from its latest incestuous fundraise via tmta

- sp dropped over 70% in 2 days and nobody has been held accountable (in fact, there has been no comms whatsoever - who the bloody hell cares about investors ?)

- ceo is completely inept and it’s laughable that he is continuing to lead this company despite its market cap over halving in a day

- the board are too busy asleep / on holiday / focusing on other businesses to actually get this in order

- product pre-2024 has been found faulty which leaves the company liable for enormous claims

- a new fundraise is likely needed to manufacture and make products to fulfil any (few) orders the company has - i assume they have lost any hope in this company sorting its **** out

i could continue but i’m getting motion sickness looking down and typing on this slow moving train…..

It’s really quite distressing - particular as the FTSE hit an all time high. Obviously no knock-on effect with AIM. Hopefully this isn’t another Bushveld Minerals 2.0. Was 12p our all time high and we will languish around these low numbers forever more? Break-even can’t come quick enough…

It’s most likely that we will hear nothing and this money grabbing company will continue to act irresponsibly with my (and our) money and never actually add value to my investment. It’s so depressing. PEOPLE: invest in Vanguard and not this pyramid scheme

Will this week be the week when the incompetent CEO is fired?

That dreaded Sunday feeling is exacerbated when you have invested in BELL.

To be clear, I have not checked out of SEE. I have of course sold more than half of my holding in the hope I can reinvest in a year, I am a lifelong holder of SEE. I fully support Paul McGlone and Martin Ive and team….they will eventually come good and it’s about readjusting expectations - but I also think it’s good for my mental health (which of course impacts my financial health) to ignore a lot of chat on this board. I really think if anyone cares about SEE - and any potential investors - then they should refrain from writing junk on this board and just hold….

I can’t take any more of this board. This board is very toxic, uneducated and angry and the good quality, educated and valuable posts are drowned out by angry losers. I have had a disastrous period of investment on the whole but this board beats all others in relation to toxicity, anger and aggression. Why?????? Aren’t we all on the same team ??? It’s really sad that people here have so much hatred and aggression. Maybe you all should think about finding a therapist or taking some serrotin pills to elevate your mood. Perhaps you can find some happiness in going to your local garden centre. Who knows…

The CEO clearly doesn’t have a clue what’s going on, and the board I suspect have already made money elsewhere , so don’t really care what the hell happens here. Both parties share the common characteristic of not giving a crap about shareholders.

Why are people on this board suggesting this exactly?

Stifel - who I presume did their due diligence - said that it’s extremely unlikely that we will need a fundraise again because we are due to hit break even FY2025 and have enough runway to get us there

yet another absolutely dreadful day for this share with no news as to how this will turn around. ceo still seems to be in place - but who knows, because nobody ever communicates anything. i’ve come to terms with the idea that i’ll lose everything i’ve put into this bloody awful company but i sincerely hope that someone is held accountable for this ****show.

This new SP low is beyond dire and yet the CEO who has completely mismanaged this joke of a company remains in place. WHY??? Who else is to blame for this ??? I have ZERO faith or trust in him to do the job ( what other dodgy secrets are being withheld from us dare I ask ??) in leading this company forward and restoring shareholder value. As long as he remains, I suspect this company will find it difficult to attract any II’s (or indeed and PI’s who do their research) and in a few months will resort to a rights issue at 4p. I am appalled by this total farce. It is by far the biggest bloody banana I’ve ever been invested in and sadly I’ve made too big a loss to walk away. Other potential investors: DYOR !

This is a desperately awful RNS-full of terrible updates and with barely anything to offset the feeling that this horse could be on its way to the knackers yard.

Am astonished that there are not calls for the very obviously useless to follow the equally inept FD out of the door.

Question is, is there even anything going on *with* it ?
