I’m sure that the staff of SEE plc have been working hard in 2025 despite making another shareholder funded loss and I’m pleased that management have decided to give them a 3 week holiday returning to the office some time in January when they can be bothered.

…..but frankly MOST unlikely!

Nice little Santa rally here today. Few big trades to close the day.

Do people still think that the share price might one day eventually reach the lofty heights of 70p or is this now all but a pipe dream ? I wonder if PM still holds such expectations ? What are realistic share price targets people have in mind ?

Otherwise, strong possibility of sub 4p by Christmas.

As we all know, there are a lot of shares in SEE in issue, the overwhelming majority of which are held by private individuals-who tend, to be honest, to take modest profits whenever the opportunity arises

In the last few weeks however we have seen daily volumes ramp up significantly, which may (🙏) suggest that finally there is a bit of Institutional demand which will comfortably mop up bits and pieces of private selling and still allow the price to move forward.

Today, it appears that (despite it being a generally very poor day for the markets overall) there is strong buying interest with circa £1/2m invested.

As I’m over half way back to my in-price, I’m very much hoping that the trend continues!

Does anyone ever remember seeing such a tiny bid/offer spread on this stock? Feels like MM’s trying desperately to keep the price under control as it threatens to break out. Health warning!!! Some of old die-hards have been here before, got sucked in, and are still nursing substantial losses!

Where is the proactive interview please?

Gosh, this is a stark reminder that double digits is still VERY far away. Could be another 3-5 years. I take it that the BOD therefore don’t expect a takeover in that time which is pretty disheartening. Oh how different the forecast was for this company / SP in 2019. :(

We all know that investing into early stage companies is high risk-and VERY occasionally, is high reward.

However what from the outside now appears to be GROSS mismanagement over a number of years, during which the corporate axe appears to have fallen on very few heads has eventually brought the company to its knees, and of course the shareholders have been wiped out whilst senior management have presumably walked away without embarrassment or penalty.

No wonder very many funds will not invest into AIM companies.

I’m surprised nobody asked when the SP will hit 70p as hinted at in the ‘Italian Job’!

In 2021, around the days of the ‘Italian Job’, I had lofty expectations of this reaching 40p ! Now however - a decade plus - invested and my aspirations are hopefully much more realistic. It would be nice for contract news and break even etc to get the share to 15p and then a takeover for 22p or thereabouts….

Just topped up a little more this morning. Hopefully we have set a new floor and my unwavering patience pays off in 12-18 months! GLA

With a new broom (CEO and much changed senior team) having swept away all of the stuff (much unfair) that undermined confidence and held the price back, this very profitable company looks undervalued and likely to be re-rated in my opinion.

Very weary LTH here. After years - and a few sales to minimise my exposure - I took the opportunity to top up yesterday (sadly not the 6m top up though!) because it finally feels that the sentiment is changing, perhaps led by the approaching legislation deadline as well as break even. Fingers crossed we get a steady stream of good news over the next 6-12 months to get this back into double figures which could then lead us to an exit once and for all in 12-18 months! GLA :)

With 4.4bn shares in issue-there’s always going to be sellers the moment the shares show any forward momentum whatsoever.

I’m still concerned by how SEE are going to repay the Magna convertible note once it matures next year. Has there been any more discussion about this ?

What planet are you on ? 2 or 3 p is an absolute disgrace for LTH’s that bought in at 50p - 100p. Absolutely nothing here is worth celebrating. Dodgy Bob and his board of clowns are conducting an exemplary performance of how NOT to run a company. Never mind, another “strategic deal” gives Bob plenty more bucks to buy SPF so he doesn’t get sunburnt on his summer vacay….

Seems like Dodgy Bob is operating under the pseudonym Boggers2p. And we thought he wasn’t doing anything for his hefty 2k a day remuneration!
