When spodumene was at $800, when Zulu didn't have a pot to use, and when Zulu was mismanaged, I was in favour of Glencore being involved.

Assuming Zulu reaches nameplate---how things have changed, rising spodumene prices, excellent management, plant efficiencies, financial responsibility, growing credibility.

Zulu will have the resources to settle the Canmax loan without interference.

I say to Hill, don't sell the silver, go it alone

This question is raised in the most recent Stock box interviews. Mr Hill confirmed that Glencore remains at the end of the phone.

I remain firmly in the EGM camp.

Even if Zulu delivers a commercial run in July — say a continuous 20–28‑day cycle — Glencore won’t move on the back of a single result. They’ve been clear: they need consistent output at grade, which realistically means three commercial runs. That takes us into September before any meaningful negotiations even begin.

In the meantime, Zulu has no revenue to settle creditors, fund working capital, or service historic agreements. The gap between production and cash receipts is unavoidable.

Against that backdrop, it’s financially prudent for the company to have sufficient share capacity available for operational events and working‑capital needs. Running tight on headroom at this stage would be irresponsible.
