Subsequent industry engagement and regulatory clarification indicate that exports are expected to resume under a controlled framework, with approvals and quotas being granted to qualifying producers that meet specified criteria, including compliance with local processing and regulatory requirements.

Premier welcomes this pragmatic approach, which supports the continued development of Zimbabwe's lithium sector while recognising the importance of enabling established producers to export concentrate under defined conditions. The Company continues to engage constructively with the relevant authorities and remains focused on aligning its operations with the evolving regulatory framework.

I understand the government is in the process of granting export quotas should the individual plant pass certain criterias.

Yes, Zulu has produced SC6 before — so doing it again shouldn’t automatically trigger some explosive rerate. The market won’t “boom” on a single batch. It will only move when it sees consistent production at grade and a clear line of sight to paid invoices.

People also need to remember the basics: the company has no revenue right now and is unlikely to see any cash until early autumn at the earliest. That gap matters.

The real acceleration comes later — when the market is satisfied that Zulu can run reliably and when production and payment cycles finally converge. That’s when the “boom” moment arrives, not before.

It’s still early days. There are plenty of potholes left in the road. A bit of calm and realism wouldn’t hurt.

Yes, PREM has raised over £2m and yes, the share price is above the last placing. But the tape right now is showing:

no large buyers stepping in

no sustained accumulation

small buys simply absorbing larger sells

the same intraday pattern repeating: early lift → fade

That’s what I meant by the market being flat.

It’s not a judgement on the company’s progress — it’s an observation of current demand.

The share price can be higher than April and still be showing low‑conviction trading today. Both things can be true at the same time.

In my view the market is flat. There’s no real appetite for PREM at the moment — no meaningful buying, no accumulation, nothing that suggests fresh interest.

What we’re seeing instead is a pattern of small‑to‑medium buys simply absorbing larger value sells. The tape has that familiar choppy look: a brief early rise, followed by a steady drift lower as the day unfolds.

Until sentiment shifts or a catalyst arrives, this is the behaviour you’d expect from a market running on low conviction and low demand.

We require an export quota

We need further funds to progress the excellent work done by the Zulu team and meet other debts.

We need Canmax to once again show favour upon Zulu.

All other "news" is just noise IMO.
