How many more times must you be reminded that George Roach is no longer MD at Premier?

Hill has made it crystal clear that although Zulu is the prime objective, extensive negotiations continue regarding our other assets, in particular RHA.

Hill wants RHA open and I agree.

Expecting a JV sometime during Q2/3.

I can see a nice package being put together by interested parties:

A} Approval of the benefaction plan submitted by Premier to the Zimbabwean government.

B] Approval of plan comes hand in hand with the Zulu export licence

C] With a new professional administration at Premier, the government more likely to advance permission to take further action on the EPO areas

D]A more cordial relationship with the government may result in advancing talks about RHA

When people are researching Premier I do wish that they would remember the following:

Canmax having financial oversight for the monitoring and controlling of the operational financial activities of both Premier and Zulu Lithium including the final approval of all operational and trade creditor budgets for the utilisation of any funds raised until such time as the Prepayment Amount plus interest has been settled in full.

Canmax is in control of finance.

Betting that during Q3/Q4 there will be another consolidation,I think the investors will expect this during 2026.

My calculation was based on SC6 production.

In 2027, there will hopefully be further revenue streams from the industrial material, and debt will be reduced.

The other flotation plant may add to the output figures.

Just playing with figures, if Hill can deliver then he will have one very successful company on his hands.

I won't say anything about RHA,MNH or opening the EPO ground.
