Goddard withdrew action some time ago following an amicable arrangement with Zulu.

Beneficiation in Zimbabwe means minerals must be processed locally before export. Exports of raw lithium ore and concentrate are banned unless the miner has an approved processing plant. SC6 can still be exported, but only by companies like PREM once their flotation plant is commissioned and approved. Beneficiation is the legal pathway to export, revenue, and long‑term compliance.

Once granted, I expect a favourable outcome for EPO licences.
