The proposals are available now. Interesting read especially Arch (Sefton) claiming £4m minimum!

Arch Capital obviously have the legal authority to collect the debt. Maybe only the £180k. I would question the legality of Arch Capital LLP. As an LLP it is supposed to be a trading business - but it's never traded. Then it's a partnership - the partners are Sefton and Sefton Management. The latter has one director - guess who? That may be legal but seems a bit odd to have a "partnership" but only one partner. I would also lodge an objection to Greencastle Capital being struck off. Sefton admits the group owed the £1m in his previous claim but I'd rather keep that company going for the time being.
