A messy consolidation left many investors frustrated within the company. Despite warnings posted on the walls, management continued to ignore the problems and eventually made a fatal mistake. That's how good they were.
If only they had been truthful that there would be virtually no solutions for deceived investors in Canada. We raise our children to act better than that. How do you think the investment community reacted to this lack of decency? You have your answer.
When investors are faced with stocks they cannot sell, they tend to become unhappy and lose confidence in the company. This can have a negative impact on the company's reputation and financial performance... And on Georges reputation.
After that lack of professionalism, nobody will put a penny on that Anne lady Georges.
So really, it was a management issue.
George is the biggest loser. Who would still want to invest in a company he is involved in? He is so young to have ruined a career.
Do you understand why he quit and put his son to take the punishment. He's not even a good father... And he didn't show us that he was good at management neither. He's a coward to me, nothing else !
It is questionable whether Anne can be deemed a reliable and trustworthy individual, as she only seems to respond when it benefits her own reputation and has been disregarding my messages. The decision to delist from the Canadian stock market, the only market where they were performing well, and to implement a 10X reverse split was a poor one. It was evident that the Aquis Mickey Mouse market was a risky venture. Despite lacking financial market expertise, they recklessly took a gamble and lost everything. Due to their irresponsible decision-making, it is highly probable that the board of directors will be subject to legal action.
The result of this illogical decision is catastrophic. Shares plummeted to an all-time low as there was no longer the Canadian stock market to stabilize the price, resulting in a 90% loss for us. Despite our best efforts to explain this to Anne Tew, she seems either dishonest or ignorant. Now that she has seen the outcome of her recommendations, she refuses to respond to investors.
It is imperative to emphasize the importance of sound financial judgment and accountability in the boardroom. Taking risks without proper expertise and understanding can lead to disastrous consequences. As investors, we must scrutinize the decisions made by the companies we support and hold them responsible for their actions.
The biggest mistake is the delisting from Canada. It was holding the price for the other mickey mouse stock market. By delisting, the lost 10X... Good job Anne, get retired now !
You take anything coming from Anne mouth????
Yes, I wrote to him, without any answer of course. I can't even get rid of my shares because they are too low in value and will cost more to sell. Also, since the company has been delisted from the Canadian stock market, we can't find a decent broker here who wants to trade on this stock market. There are so many of us wanting to get out that when the price goes up, there will be a massive dumping of all Canadian stocks, which will keep the stock very low. I think they made too many mistakes and got themselves into trouble.
Don't complain, I have lost 40K with them and obviously I don't see any chances to make it back with this management that let it go down.
What is needed to make this company going. It looks like they have no clue how to promote their stock. Now, do they have any chances of stepping out of this so called stock market and move on one people wants to trade with?
When the quarterly numbers were going up, the share price was going down. Now that the numbers going down, 1200 clinics this year doesn't seem to be the plan anymore, do you expect the price to go up? They have painted themselves in a corner sitting on this Mickey Mouse stock market where there are no trades happening. Good luck with that! And we do not hear about CBD anymore.
When you aren't allowed to advertise CBD, what do you do to get people to know you? You start a Covid Testing in your stores and trucks (all labeled). Get government to advertise you. Get all the people in, they aren't stupid, they know now that they went to a CBD store... Great rebound marketing. When stores reopen, economy comes back and CBD pick up, where do you go to buy your products? (Hint: Certainly not someplace that you ignore existence). This is to me a great edge they will have shortly.
I was surprised to hear that he is mentionning the stock exchange as an excuse. Just move on to a better stock exchange and should fix the situation? What are they waiting for?
