Gordon Stein, CFO of CleanTech Lithium, explains why CTL acquired the 23 Laguna Verde licenses. Watch the video here.
Hi Glen .. as you say : " Sub-licensing just for psorriasis isn't optimal " .. totally in agreement as psoriasis is just one of many possible applications of 1801 and so it is difficult to license only for psoriasis .. and to add to that, it would be difficult to try to manage different target applications across both 1801 and also 1802 ... it really needs a large pharma to take 1801 and 1802 lock, stock and barrel ... fingers crossed that just maybe that is why 737 appears to be taking so long to resolve when pharmas could have been in discussions from the point at which it was first indicated that it was coming home ... so with my dream hat on .. is SAR negotiating a complete T/O ??? That is my hope but at a reasonable £20+
GLALTHERS
Long Term Holder with 10 posts ... which all have the same flavour as Grover lad/Spurs Boy .... of course you are a LTH ... utter BS
Slfl ... me thinks you are account No.4 of the notorious Boss's Pet; The other accounts were Groverlad, Spursxxx and FunnyGuy .... your boss after a Porsche upgrade ?
Am I close ?
So some buying but very disappointing that such good patent news did not have a positive effect on the SP ;
I am hoping the patent news in the catalyst for an on-license ... fingers crossed - GLALTHERS
All the 135.xx transactions marked as sells are BUYS ... offering over the mid to sell ... however will take 20K+ shares for 132.00 - Time for a few buys to push this baby up - GLALTHERS
Need to be careful with the misleading buy/sell ratio ... i would have a guess that the two £9K buys earlier were a Bed&ISA which they normally show as sells buy this time have shown as buys ... but that aside its nice to see some blue !!!
Unfortunately the days are gone where such news would have been a catalyst for BUYING ... similar to the way in which the SP would jump on Parker's Tweets .. but sadly the only thing which will now move the SP is positive news ... which hopefully is round the corner as this coiled spring can only take so much strain before it snaps ... glalthers
FunnyGuy (Grover woof woof) - from memory GSK had just spent about 5Billion on acquiring a company with a similar compound ... what a dilemma, waste the 5B and run with 737, give it back or buy it and shelve it .... they chose the only option which did not then cost them significantly more money ... simples
They want your shares ... but if no-one is selling and they trades ae buys their free float is dwindling ... GLALTHERS
If i were a betting man (LOL ... when i am into SAR to my neck) i would hazard a guess that the 14K was a buy but they are keeping the mid at 132.5 as they do not want peeps to know about the buys ... PH want your shares for their clients ... that is AIMHO .. no proof but i will stick with that statement .. holding tight until broke or this reaches £10 at which point i will start releasing some shares - GLALTHERS
Print = spring !!!!! drhhhhhhhh
Surfie ... do you not feel that coiled print effect ??? its all building to an almighty release IMHO ..... hence why i continue to hold as news is sooooo close now .. again AIMHO
This wont help the SP; Pushing the funding requirement; lets hope we get funding resolution soon; ideal scenario would be 737 followed closely by HNWI deals ;
I feel the conference and the first dosing alignment dates are just coincidental as the conference date was fixed in stone and there were numerous steps governed by Australian 3rd parties which could not be defined to be completed on specific dates .... but that said TM now has an excellent marketing opportunity as the dates have aligned
With my cynical hat on, it feels very much like there may be some HNWI funding discussions in the background ... but they probably don't want the SP running away before the deal is agreed ... hence the extended RNS to include the negative BIAS (PIa completion some time in H1 2024) to what should have been a significantly positive milestone .. which is the probable reason for today's unexpected selling when we were all hoping for this to kick start some upward movement .... I am now waiting on HNWI funding announcements post this RNS ... GLALTHERS
Anyone know what is the MAX no of shares that can be bought ?
Volume dropped off a cliff at the moment + spread is huge ... and was just wondering whether the BUY side has been restricted
" struggling to see what will get the share price moving" ... laughable comment as there are probably half a dozen drops of news which WOULD kick start the SP .....but I suppose if your boss is pushing you to be negative then your terminology is appropriate
PS : You did not need much of an IQ to predict the SP would slide as it ALWAYS slides in between news drops ... so i guess you sold last week then ?
GLALTHERS
I am pretty sure we private investors would not be allowed to purchase anywhere near 37K of shares at this point in time, so ask yourself where the SP is going... based on ... They are happy to take small sell trades from we PI's in order to fill these large buy orders >>>>>> for their own larger clients !!!!!
Don't be silly and let the big boys get rich from your mistakes - hold now and get rich later .. It is obvious the big boys want your shares !!!!
It appears that all this mornings sells @ 126 may be buys and he mid may be at 125
I can sell £1K for 122.2 or £39K (max they will allow me) @ 120.1
So they want those shares again today
GLALTHERS
In one transaction is down to a value just less than £20K .... but all of today's sells seem to be far smaller in size ....
maybe they are reliant upon day traders as they cannot get their hands on the LTHERS shares
