Gordon Stein, CFO of CleanTech Lithium, explains why CTL acquired the 23 Laguna Verde licenses. Watch the video here.
Hi everybody, I was invested in BCN and was hit by the board caving in and selling the company so cheaply. Extended delays must have contrwto this. I was wondering if someone could point me in the direction of a timeline for when the lithium will be taken out and actually sold.
Many thanks. In advance
Hello everybody, like I'm sure many of you I invested here because we belive in Lithiums future and the fact that this company was pretty close to production and some big profits. Obviously that was derailed by the board and their extremely dodgy dealing which somehow found gold and sold it as if it were peanuts. Anyway that is not my main point.
I was hoping for any info on similar companies who were close to production of lithium and who I could use my money from here to invest in. I know of Emh and Zinn but have no idea of timeliness before they actually start producing, and was wondering if anyone had impartial opinions on these companies. . As a new investor the one thing I learnt from here is that investing many years out is totally pointless. There were times when I thought I was doing really well to buy for a pound. What a joke. I am looking at any company who is very nearly there...
Thanks in advance to anyone who does reply.
As it seems that Gang have offered lucrative incentives to our chief (away from the share) to make them so giddy to accept 60 odd pence. Is it possible that the power of the Chinese state could also pressure/incentivise m and g aswell as Hanwa so they don't object.
As in don't pipe up or future business in China will be affected, in which case all hope is lost.
Trying to see the worst case scenario and wake up one day with. A pleasant surprise.
Agree, initially I was OK with the deal because at least I had moved into profit after a few years of loss on the share. I thought OK it's not good but its not the worst case scenario. The more i think about it the more I think no.
When I read stuff like the old rns every other company talks about an offer and then how they will consider it and go into more negotiations and basically stretch things out making sure that the negotiations have just started.
This guy comes out with how delighted and pleased they are with the offer. An offer almost less than what they were a few months ago.
I would love to know what Gangfeng have on him, I reckon they must have a very good record of his Internet browsing history. Or alternatively the humanitarian ceo who thinks of his shareholders first, may have taken a deal for the people and it will just be a coincidence that he somehow manages to win the Chinese lottery of ten million dollars the first and only time it. Is run sometime in the next year.
It is indeed rotten

Hi guys,
This was one of the first shares I bought and like others I dreamt of one, two even five pounds plus.
Anyway like Gabrielle might have once said dreams don't always come true and all that. My question is, for me to get the 67.5p per share do I have to do anything specific or do I just wait for the takeover and then the share dealing company automatically take the shares off me and deposit money into my account. Thanks in advance for anyone who answers.
Same as someone above Tower resources, I'm just 99.9 something percent down. Out of three grand I have a value of £1.23. I want to sell it as it just depresses me looking at it in my portfolio but refuse to pay the five quid to do so. It will follow me into old age. In fact I have been great at the old shares so far and this has been my first real winner so want to thank people on here who really helped me understand the buissness.
