If you have had professional opinion that this is worth nothjing then why have you bought in/topped up, surely it would be better to get something rather than nothing, or is it that you don't believe your own bank. As I see it, the restrictions will not impact on POG,they will still have there shovels and picks out today digging the gold stuff out of the ground and provided they can get it processed, Switzerland is a neautral country, they will either sell it to Russia or China.
Obviously, this is settled quickly with minimal loss of life, if not, regarding the share price, sanctions don't impact on POG and gold stays high then hopefully we could see some form of recovery otherwise it's a long road back.
Really folks this board is getting more and more like the playground everyday, I agree with rustybucket, take it elsewhere it sounds like deramping everytime I read Law13's posts and I'm invested, can't see it attracting new investors if they do due dilligence via this board.
Does anyone know where we process our gold, is it Switzerland, just thinking of potential sanctions on countries dealing with Russia. Irrespective of anything we will still be digging the yellow stuff out of the ground, if we can continue to get it processed we can either sell it to Russia or China hopefully so profits should keep rolling in even if we can't take advantage with an incresed share price on the LSE.
Can't see POG doing the Capital Markets Day until the Ukrainian situation is resolved to the satisfaction of the Markets which may take awhile.
Yet again you are the prophet of doom, with investors like you POG can only thrive, or is it dive, I have never heard a more negative 'investor' on any board. If you don't like what you see or claim to know then why not just cut your losses and come back when, in your opinion, the share has bottomed. Please, please ,please just give it a rest.
The idea of those not vulnerable getting vaccinated is that they don't then pass covid onto those who are vulnerable who would then need hospital treatment keeping the hospitals open to other treatments like cancer etc. Society should work for each other and not be selfish, I would have no problem if unvacinated people just impacted on themselves but they don't, they impact on everyone. If they are so principled, why when they catch covid and feel unwell do their principles go out of the window and they run to the NHS for treatment. Time for another glass of wine.
They'd better make those numbers and the narrative look good. Looks like we'll suffer until Vlad gets back in his box.
Some big buys at 16p after the bell, here's hoping for tomorrow.
At least none of the institutional holders are selling yet, as no rns's indicating it. Also with regards to director buying, they would not be allowed at present with the trading update due imminently they would be in a closed dealing period. But please bod, make some positive comments to stop the rot otherwise this will continue to drift and pick up stop losses. perpetuating the losses
It might help if they gave investors a positive spin on the company instead of deadly silence for months on end.
Could be trying to establish a low baseline to increase the share pricefrom for performance bonuses next year.
So much for BOD taking note of major shareholders concerns at shareprice. Ffs pull your fingers out.
Good point.ha.ha.
L13, from your comments you are obviously from the 'wet sponge' and 'leaching' method of treating ailments, just glad your not my GP.
Total agreement, this board is decending into the Donald Trump twitter account we'll all be asked to inject ourselves with bleach next if we continue along this denial process. Check with those who deal with this on the front line day by day before you come on here with your crackpot theories of denial. Rant over.
Dam stumpy fingers.

Hopefully we can start generating sustao able profits into the future to warrant a rerating.
By Eck, that was good news for once.
it will be interesting to see how the market reacts to the news on Monday, cheap sale vs removal of guarantee/debt.
