Wouldn't it be great to have an RNS tomorrow with details of director buys today (lack of raised in a question from a long term investor) and also no update to GSA's short. Could see a further rise and push GSA to start to close. which would also create upward pressure on share price.

Avacta is majority PI owned. We can remove him if we all vote. It would also send a clear message to the Board of the power of us PI's. I have voted against TG and accepting the remuneration committee report. Individually I only account for 0.08% of the vote but collectively we are over 50%.

Avacta shortlisted for Precision

How does a beneficial shareholder (my shares are held on Fidelity platform) vote on the AGM resolutions this year. Last year I got an email reminder from a website I signed up on but not this year.

Also remember patent expires in 2028. Create a Precision version and patent expiry is not a problem as well as removing most of nasty side effects

What the f*** is the CFO doing putting his name to that RNS. An inability to do some basic subtraction is embarassing - where is the control and double checking.

They have exceeded their annual allowed additional shares (10%?) without shareholder approval so the institutional offer was split between firm placing shares and conditional placing shares. The conditional placing shares and Rex offer shares are conditional on approval at the EGM.
