Point licensed Precision from Avacta not Affimers after first doing a deal with Bachovchin. TheAffimer IP that resided with Coris was in relation to use as a diagnostic (e.g. covid testing) - presumably this was included in the sale. Avacta now only use Affimers as part of a therapeutic solution, Affyxcell are using Affimers as part of a therapeutic solution.

Here is a funding update

1) The CLN quarterly payments will be funded by a private placing just prior to the CLN being due arranged by Zeus.

2) At some point Coris will be sold for a million or two and we will be told by an RNS

3) Funding for current trial and into 2026/27 will come from one or more of the following options :-

a) licence Precision for use with another Pharma's warhead

b) sign a royalty deal with HCRx where we receive an upfront payment for giving up a proportion of future royalties on AVA6000

c) partner AVA6000 for one or more indications with Big Pharma for upfront plus royalty payments.

For any of three we will only be told when deal is sIgned, sealed and revealed via an RNS.

We had a business update less than three weeks ago, the next is due in 10 weeks. Full P1a data may be revealed before then.

This approach was obvious on the 2nd July when Richard Hughes spoke at the AGM. You could have bought Avacta at below 30p on the day of the AGM and I added on the next day at exactly 30p. There have been some chunky sells in the last few days offsetting some chunky buys my only issue would be if any chunky sellers were participants in the fund raise - that would be illegal.

There will not be 10 million shares being sold by Heights over the next month or so holding the price down, those who have sold ahead of the loan repayment will now have to buy back at a higher price. These are long term investors so will be holding on to shares.

Based on what company have revealed to date I would not accept an offer of £10 per share let alone £1.

Shaun Chilton said over coffee that preparatory work all done on NASDAQ but parked. NASDAQ is not a silver bullet and many struggle on NASDAQ. I suspect it would be a distraction at present. Focus will be on Richard Hughes finding investors to purchase shares from Avacta to repay the quarterly CLN in cash while the data builds to enhance deals on pipeline and to license Precision late 2025/early 2026.

That is at least an improvement on previous CEO who said at his last AGM share price was too high.

Professor Twelves said average number of cycles of Doxorubicin patients receive is two because many people cannot tolerate it. Not an issue with AVA6000 - few minor side effects means patients can be dosed for many months at much higher doses.Better quality of life as well as longer life is an oncology game changer

I seem to remember that when shares were purchased by Hughes and Kamani in early 2020 they went to Hughes wife and Kamani's son. If she still holds them I presume Hughes would need to declare. They were purchased in the teens so probably sold for substantial profit.

I have a relationship with my mortgage lender. Their only new knowledge of me comes when I go to them to discuss repaying the loan or asking to increase/change the loan in some way. Heights will have such knowledge if it exists but will not be privy to the latest data/any deal discussions.

The 6000 data is world class, the 6103 pre-clinical is out of this world. Nothing more to say until this sells for $50bn +

Affimer IP is split between Dx and Tx. One part of the Affimer IP related to Diagnostics use sits with Coris. Hopefully when Coris sold price surprises on the upside to reflect this IP or maybe someone just bids for that IP.

The market size of dox by 2030 is estimated to be 1.5bn dollars. This is despite maximum lifetime dose, terrible side effects, restrictions on who can receive drug and fact most people have to stop after just a couple of doses and it is cheap because it is off patent. AVA6000 offers a 100x improvement on dox. It does not have toxicity of dox so higher doses, more doses to each patient and available to more patients plus on patent so higher cost. Market size of AVA6000 will be massive once approved.

The key is not today's share price (I have no intention of selling anything before FDA approval) but that the RNS moves us closer to FDA approval. SGC has no standard of care - a disease control rate of 90% and tumour shrinkage in half of cases means FDA approval will happen. Dox is standard of care for STS so FDA approval is nailed on. TNBC we await the data.

Getting those trial patient slots filled in double quick time now I expect. Bodes well for all three types not just SGC.
