ASCO is a definite May 29th - June 2nd Chicago abstracts published 21st May 35000+ attendees. A number of conferences in June where they could present.

Sorry to blow anyone's mind but personally I think there may be three or four bits of data released across two conferences. SGC data, cardiotoxicity across all indications and data for STS and TNBC either together or separately. TNBC data will be at the second conference as triggers the Heights repayment.

Shaun Chilton (Chairman) did say at 2024 AGM that if the board received a takeover offer they would inform shareholders. Nearly all takeovers in Pharma are agreed rather than hostile. Based on what the company have said about 6103 any discussions Avacta are having now are about 6000 , 6207 or using Precision with their own drugs rather than the whole company.

Another key point of AVA6000 is it's regulatory impact for Precision and the FDA. Remember the FDA insisted Avacta double check their results when AVA6000 showed no cardiotoxicity. The FDA have removed the maximum lifetime dose restriction of dox for AVA6000. Soon they will fast track the drug for SGC and at some not too distant point they will accept that AVA6000 is just kinder Doxorubicin and greenlight it for use wherever dox is used. Avacta has said that engagement with FDA has been collaborative. The work on 6000 will speed up the trial and approval of 6103 assuming the data is at least consistent with the pre-clinical results. Remember 6000 was multiples better in humans compared to animal models. 6103 approval speeds up all future Precision trials along the same lines - approved drug + Precision + slow release mechanism. The dual payload suite beginning with 6207 will take a bit longer but again once the first is approved the next ones will be quicker.

Slide 15 shows Progression Free Survival for SGC in first 11 patients. The median was 41 months at Sept 2025 with 3rd, 4th, 5th and 7th still receiving treatment with no progression. PFS of 11 months + is possible i.e. 3x benchmark. FDA approval is a given.

Say you wanted to raise $100 million dollars on NASDAQ you could via a us bank issue 20 million American Depositary Receipts (ADRs) at $5 each. Each ADR is equivalent to 5 Avacta shares held on AIM so effectively shares in issue go up 100 million. The remaining IHT benefits of AIM would be lost as now dual listed. In theory being on NASDAQ is a positive to the share price as US attaches higher value to companies than AIM the price of the ADRs goes up and this drags up the AIM price.

AVA6103 could treat 4-6x more breast cancer patients than Enhertu with - if the pre-clinical data is replicated - a more effective drug in a higher concentration that stays around for longer in the tumour and without the nasty side effects
