It will be played out differently this time around. There will be an RNS notifying of proposal and pending court case however I highly doubt they will fall in the trap of mentioning the FCA until they have to. That price hike last time helped lead to the downfall.

It is a good well written article. Not everyone has a vested interest in the company and those that don't are not going to have the same view that the majority of this forum does. It isn't a bad thing that someone else has a different opinion and that is well worth remembering when investing in stocks. Back yourself because at the end of the day it is your money.

HKK It is ridiculously overvalued and I will also highlight the other point in my post yesterday.
I do have to say though there has been some absolute sh ite spouted on this board. Trust me I've read some of yours and Charles posts. Without doubt some of the worse ramping boll ocks I have read.
Does make me laugh that when we had a discussion on this forum 6 or so weeks back regarding the FTSE100. You are still bringing up the numbers now that I worked out 6 weeks ago. They have changed now at least do the ground work and work out what it is at todays rate.
You and Charles keep up with your ramping because the posts are time are truly dreadful. Like yesterdays "Top 100 the pension funds will buy now"
For the record I hold shares in Darktrace and Crowdstrike.
Keep ramping with your partner in crime it will eventually put more money in my pocket.
It is all about opinions and I have said for a long time this stock has the potential to be an easy 10 bagger. The software is a game changer and will only get better.
However I do believe and have done for 2 months this stock is ridiculously overvalued. The company is valued at around £4.5b when its trade figures show it should be around the £2.5b mark. However like a lot of businesses we are looking at future earnings which when released tomorrow need to be showing around an annual turnover exceeding £350M or this is going to drop even further.
Obviously goes without saying this is only my opinion which may not sit well with others.
