You would think that with POO approaching record highs again and industrials suffering production problems due to power outages, they would be knocking down our door to get connected up with generators. That we continue to see only a small trickle is very worrying and suggests to me that either there is something fundamentally wrong with our business model, or the management are just SShhiitt.
Also whilst over the last 3 years or so, we have signed up a few new customers, albeit well below targeted numbers, the total number of customers seems to remain stubbornly around the 30 mark. So what is the attrition rate?

Clearly new developments are some way down the line yet so the issue is whether we can survive until they are generating meaningful income.

That said even though 9 scuffs end of year is a lot lower that previously expected, at least it is at higher pricing levels than grid sales, although I see prices are now coming in at 13$ per mscuff. Does this mean we will also be renotiating down with existing customers.

But it is also a fact that a lot of money was supposedly poured into the project prior to us reaching that point. I say again that all we have to show for it is a few random blocks of concrete.

The funds were there, raised in placings and warrant issues. And we were told at various stages that the works were progressing nicely. We were also told various components needed for the internal circuitry had been ordered and were en route.
And what do we have to show for it? Well it's difficult to tell because no photos have been released of the site for some considerable time. Now why is that? If the build had progressed as we were told, Borelli would be falling over himself to release more photos. All we can see is a few random chunks of concrete and a rusting steel shell left over from the Massoud Where Am I Alikhani days.
Truth is we were lied and lied to so I'm afraid your assertion just doesn't stand up to scrutiny. Please accept that we aren't just negative because we like to be like Victor Meldrew.
As regards the the £300k value of the settlement, we only have your word for that. No official statement has confirmed it. Nor do we know whether it will all disappear in the supposed acquisition. Now I'm not suggesting you are also lying, but like Thomas, I prefer to see the wounds so I can make my own mind up.

So there we have it. ABLE has shown himself as what he really is. A professional investor trying to promote other companies in a way that unsuspecting PIs won't realise.
How many times in the past have we had a pop up "new investor" spouting on about everything VOG and having supposedly been in VOG since Noah first cast off. Then when they are rumbled they get all aggressive. Then they tone it down and move on to the real reason for their sudden advent. To seek out new mugs.

Agreed re entry. I too had to obtain a letter from HSBC and this was checked and retained prior to my entry to the room.
I found John Bryant a very aloof and condescending individual who seems to have forgotten his role as an employee of the shareholders.
Regarding the royalties, I think, when pressed by Marketimer, Mr Foo did agree that maybe he should look at this moving forward. I assume he has looked at it and thought "FOO.k this I'm making too much money to give it" up cos we aint heard a peep from him since.
ABLE - my condolences for your illness which must have been pretty serious to span both meetings.
Niceties over, you are talking a load of tosh if you honestly think Mr Foo has more to lose than the rest of us put together. Trust me he has made his 4 millions back several times over in royalties, free shares and undeserved bonuses. Hope that wasn't slanderous/libellous/horrid. And all that money has been made at the expense of shareholders, the vast majority of whom have lost huge amounts without ever making a penny.
If you can't see that then sorry but YOU are the one whose standard of education is questionABLE.
