Cloud cuckoo land. There are various examples in our history where the SP has been allowed to wither to a low point prior to announcement of a placing. Usually it's when there's an institutional placing rather than a rights issue

It basically compares the average salaries of CEOs, CFOs and NEDs across a range of sectors. The median for a CEO last year was £248k with mainly retail posts tending to be at the top of the pile. Natural resource and industrial sectors for CEO were around the median figure and CFO salaries around 70% of the CEO salaries. NEDs were average £33k.
From the information supplied it's easy to see that even the most successful comparable size companies in our sector don't pay a fraction of what these greedy barstewards are squeezing out of us.
The article mentions legislation regarding a name and shame register where a high proportion of shareholders are against directors' levels of pay. Not sure how that is decided but clearly our guys are screwing us in relation to the size of VOG and lack of performance/profitability. So if anyone knows how to get them on this register please share it with us. Absolutely disgusted.
