Looking through today's RNSs saw this and just for a split second thought "Hello?"

I'm sure if you put your mind to it you could quite easily put your point of view across in a less obnoxious way.
You might even feel uplifted by so doing.

I don't doubt he is losing a lot of money on his shareholding, even allowing for some of them being free or cheap.
What I'm saying is that compared with the cumulative value of his royalty payments over the years since production started, even if future payments are excluded, it's still pretty small beer.
Let's not forget also that it's now 7 months since, facing angry shareholders at the AGM, he said the would look at it.

Sorry, there aren't any. Last pictures on the website are almost 2 years old and showing a few random bits of concrete and a pile of twisty bits of equipment which the caption jokingly assures us are not a herd of upside down kudus.

Starting to wonder if that's the only way we'll get this ridiculously low SP higher.

Another acquisition to be drilled at some point in the future requiring another round of placings and costing money in the meantime. Meanwhile the SP continues it's downward slide.
Not sure what UKOG shareholders expect SP to be here eventually, 50p maybe.
That would make UKOG a £2.75bn company based on the shares in issue.
Can't see that unless they increase the 2 daily tankers to 200.

Also, if as some are suggesting on here, the directors are taking shares in lieu of salary, on what basis is it. What valuation does one put on the shares since de-listing. Even at the suspension price of 1.95p, (and that now seems fanciful) we would soon be massively diluted just on salaries assuming the cash has run out.

Just reading the royalty tweet again, it doesn't actually say which shareholders value will be protected. I would have thought if it were to be meaningful to us, it would state that it was for existing shareholders and would state how many shares are in issue."We are working on a circular with proposals subject to shareholder approval for the acquisition of a further licence and the demerger of the royalty agreement into a separate company to be owned pro rata by shareholders to protect value"

Fair points. Difference this time though is that the project is being run by a company that actually has a clue what it's doing and is already successfully reprocessing other dumps, albeit PGMs.

Exactly what creditors would they be? We're not trading, we're not building, we're not processing, we have money in the coffers. Why would he need to use shares to pay creditors. The only creditors I can think of are directors' salaries

My main concern is whether or not the shafting has continued through more share dilution. I don't suppose we have many safeguards following loss of of pre-emption rights but does anyone know what, if anything, the directors are required to carry out by way of informing shareholders or the market now we are de-listed.
This is vital to know as otherwise our royalty, for what worth it now is, could become truly worthless.
