Mt in answer to your question, I had a small top up recently, partly as SP was around 13p and partly to round my holding up. In theory, yesterday should have been the perfect time to top up more but I've been bitten so many times on the 'arris by these greedy barstewards, I guess I'll just have to wait and hope we get another spike to a reasonable level so I can exit. Need around 45p.
Looks to me me as if they are slowly marching this towards a full takeover or take private and shaft the remaining LTHs.

Just a thought. Mr A A seems to be a bit of a shadowy character but from what I can glean on the net he is the fabulously wealthy controller of meridian which own YF Finance. The company is heavily involved in
kazakhstan and Russia.
Is it possible perhaps that a deal is in progress which links the YF placing with a sale of Westmed?

Exercise price of 14p? In what way is that aligning directors interests with that of shareholders? That suggests to me that they could do bugger all for 4.5 years and still make a profit on their shares. If they are so confient of taking VOG to the next level, the options should be priced at least double that figure. We should vote that down

Regarding the tweet, it may well be that in the weird world that AB inhabits he actually believes that BMR is progressing well. It depends on what his motives are and whether or not those motives are aligned with the ordinary shareholders.
Or it could be that, like Anthony Linton Blair, who still believes he is the saviour of the modern world, he has become delusional to the point where he believes he can do no wrong. Who knows? We will only find out when, either, shedloads of money starts hitting our bank accounts, or BMR share certificates start turning up on car boot sales as collectors' items.

Let me turn that one back to you. What is the point of not disclosing unless there is something to hide?

If this is true then bearing in mind that we all thought £1m from MA was pathetic, then to only get £300k from associates with arguably deeper pockets is shocking.
Personally I don't believe the conversation took place as from my previous experience of telephone conversations with AB, it is considerably easier to get blood from a pile of lead tailings that a meaningful answer from AB.

That has to be the most pointless comment of this millenium. What does "progressing well" mean? What is it measured against. Re the rest of the tweet, the chairman is hiding behind JLP coat tails to suggest that he can't tell us anything before they do. We still own the licence. He could at least send us some photos just to confirm that there is more than just a pile of dirt sitting there. And what's to stop him telling us which former associate paid up and how much?. He was keen enough to do so when he first arrived on the scene and negotiated a staggering let off for Alzheimers Ali.

Without additional good news I just see it staying where it is now or slightly down, subject of course to no new placement. How many times over recent years have we see a bit of good news followed by 3 months of SP attrition?
