Can't help but notice just how upbeat AB seems to be at present, even to the point that he really believes the last SP of 1.95p is currently way undervalued against the long term value of the royalty. There can only be one of two answers. He knows something we don't or he's just trying to put a positive spin on a shiite situation.

Another decent set of results showing steady growth and progress must surely help to push the SP up. It's been so low for too long. Seems like the problems of a few years ago are something of a stigma still.
Only cloud for me is any possible brexit negatives. Time will tell

You make a very good point there. All the BIG decisions taken without our approval, have completely destroyed shareholder value and some appear to have been engineered to thwart any possible refusal by shareholders. Yet now they seem to want to keep us informed and get our approval. Very odd.

AB mentions that they are happy to meet with shareholders at any time. Has anyone asked them what the cut-off is for shares (as opposed to shareholders) to be eligible to benefit from the royalty agreement?
ie will there be further dilution first?

Firstly, and frankly, it doesn't make much difference now whether he stays or goes. The damage is already done and anyone coming in would have little to do but would want a big slice of what's left of the cake for doing it.
Secondly, I doubt he would go voluntarily without some form of indemnity to protect him from shareholder claims. JIMHO

Certainly not even a fraction of the £50m writeoff 2 or 3 years ago when they impaired it.

The problem is that the asset is landlocked and all the surrounding infrastructure is owned by (I think) Gazprom or similar, in a country which is currently hostile to Uk.
So now we know why Kev was sorting out his Visa last year.

Good post. Just about sums it all up especially regarding Mr Borrelli's abilities. All that matters now, (at least as far as our investment in BMR goes), is to get JLP to a point where ROYALTY becomes REALITY. See what I did there?
The problem with VIG and Surt was they were spraying a lot of brown stuff all over this project and could have cost us what little we have left.

I wasn't referring to the pre consolidation number of shares but the number of shares many years before. And incidentally before a number of colossal dilutions.
