More dilution although thankfully of more modest proportions. Have to say it does tend to stick in one's craw that bonus shares are still being issued when the company and the SP are in such a dire state. At least they had the common sense for a change to agree the "in lieu of cash" shares at a fixed price which was considerably higher at the time.
I do feel there is an argument for linking bonus shares to company as well as individual performance though.

It is now nearly 5 months since the BoD advised us that they were preparing a circular for approval by shareholders and over 1 month since they told us it would be completed "shortly". All the dictionaries seem to suggest shortly means any time soon. Frankly i'm piisssed off with the way this BoD keeps crappping on its loyal shareholders.

I've heard on other boards that this can be a precursor to an RNS. Or it could just be MMs artificially keeping the SP up? Anyone any thoughts? RNS would be good. At least a positive one would.

Assuming brexit party storm it in euro elections, and that the Tories don't come up with the goods before Labour force a GE, I think the BP will execute a every organized hatchet job on remoaner MPs from both parties. I suspect Cooper, Grieve and "Sourbury" are already planning what they will do in retirement.
